got in trouble at work today over something I had both nothing to do with, and i didnt even know happened at the time

i just happened to be working in the room the problem occurred in and somehow that means IM in trouble even though someone else directly did the thing theyre mad about

i guess what my problem is, is that i want away from my manager, but i dont want away from my specific job if that makes sense

and idk, if i get another job i wont be able to just sit and listen to whatever music i want or 5 hour long viddy game lore videos and i really like that specific perk here

it feels like a real struggle rn bc i used to LOVE this job and now i hate it bc of this manager and his shaking everything around

if i could just stay in one single role, like we were fucking hired for, instead of being switched everywhere else by the day, id be fine!!! but no. every time i finish pruning they switch me to a different job i cant do well (building rooms) bc of my physical disabilities

which is, AGAIN, why id just be happy staying on pruning forever bc it doesnt hurt me. but they INSIST on switching people around all the time

having mixed feelings about leaving this specific job bc theres a lot if things i like about here, i just hate my manager and how things are being run rn :/
