Oh my God it’s been a hot second life has just gotten in the way I have not forgotten about the series and trust and believe there are still so many ships to come. They’re all just sitting in my drafts you know for me to edit and add my thoughts and stuff onto before I inevitably post them, but I will be saying from here on out I won’t be posting as frequently just because life is pretty chaotic at the moment I didn’t actually does take a lot of time because I do sit and think about every single song and just the vibes and the energy and the lyrics and I take that into account when I think about the characters on top of that and I add them here obviously that’s what the series is but it’s very time consuming and I can’t afford to really be doing it as much as I’d like so it’s gonna be more sporadic, but anyway back into it

They actually kinda have potential like in terms of Canon, absolutely not, they would have been butchered severely, the both of them, but when you sit and think about it, I think these two would be the pair that have major blowouts like they do have fights, but their communication styles actually blend very well together

Honestly, I’m really interested to see where they’re going to take this because this has real actual potential I think truthfully, I don’t care, about what it does to like the familial ties betwen branwen and Schnee line or whatever because I think both characters are actually right person right time if that makes sense like they have come together at the exact moment that they were supposed to come together, and they are shown to be pretty good for each other. They are unexpected for sure you look at it and be like huh but if you give it a second thought you could see that this could work.

So again, with the suggestion of my friends, they realized that I had a lot of things that I would personally change if I could about the RWBY universe not to say that I hate the current universe, but just if I could change anything what would I and of course I told them in GREAT detail what I would change to the point where they were like. Have you ever thought about just making your own characters and at first I shrugged that off as like “oh that’s so funny. No why would I ever do that” but then I got to thinking, and I thought it would be like a fun activity and then it got very interesting because I got very invested. I was scouring Pinterest for ideas and figuring out how to draw because I’m not an artist, so I have to credit a large portion of what you see before you to that app and the very very talented people that created these characters That I have now taken, and sort of repurposed or refurbished for my own purposes. Not to go into great detail, because I don’t wanna make this too long, but in my rwby universe, I wouldn’t necessarily change anything I just think I would write a story (if I could write that is) centred or more so focused on Vacuo because it’s so interesting and we never actually really did get to see the people or the culture before RT shutdown and everything.

This is Team night I would classify them as like the B team of my RWBY universe where we focus on them but they’re not really the main characters they do get a healthy amount of screen time in my head but yeah, obviously I’m not an artist and some of these look better than others in my opinion, but I just wanted to get it out there like what I would do and this is essentially in my head how I envision them obviously, I did a whole like character profile for each and every single one of them the only thing I was really sort of hesitant on/struggling with was their weapons obviously weapons are a big part of the Rwby Universe, and they say a lot about the characters fighting style and are just an an extension Of who they are as individuals I’m curious to see what weapons do you think these characters would possess Iris aside of course because she’s wielding a staff. Anyway, I tried to add them through the ages of rwby that we’ve already lived through because in my universe it’s basically like a what if Theodore didn’t trust Ozpin or James and decided he was going to do his own thing in order to stop Salem and so went on a hunt to find some of the strongest students that his school had to offer and basically sent them to spy on Rwby, not to interfere right away, but spy on team Rwby and report back other than that, I don’t think there are too many changes that I would make to the already canon world even though I admit, there are a lot of flaws, but I just don’t feel like I personally would go ahead and change it, but I would add an extra underbelly of lore definitely flesh out some things more and oh, of course, the biggest change that I would make in my RWBY universe (which I’ve dubbed RWBY universe 88619) would be Pyrrha lives

Very cute.

I feel like they’d catch up later maybe when they’re both in college and start a friendship and be healthy friends from there on out.

I am the outlier here. I know a lot of people like this ship and Think it’s an interesting concept that could be explored, but I personally dislike it just because I honestly honestly think ilia and Weiss are a bad matchup just because of their separate histories, I think at the start they take it out on each other, and they would always be that some sort of bubbling resentment underneath it all of course you could say it would be enemies to lovers but really it hasn’t been successfully done the way people write them. It’s really just ilia shitting on Weiss like constantly and that’s not fair. That’s just mean. like I understand to an extent Weiss is character arc is she’s overcoming this whole adversity of being sheltered and being ignorant to the Faunus racism, but that conversation is actually way more nuanced than anybody in canon and fanfics gives it credit for Ilia was part of a terrorist organization that quite literally attacked the hell out of Weiss‘s family, but nobody really mentions the actual issue with that why is just told that she’s wrong when yeah she is wrong to be bigoted ofc she is, but Ilia was a literal terrorist and Weiss is not wrong to feel a sense of hatred towards the white fang for that but that’s a whole other conversation I just personally don’t think this ship could flourish. I don’t necessarily think these two romantically would work out unless they were in a poly relationship in which case there could be a buffer between the two to smooth the transition of their own personal relationship.
