I have a question, if im limiting to 500 cal and i wont eat after 6. Should i skip breakfast too or eat it to avoid eating the sweets my friends bring during school hours. But i dont feel like eating then so i would like some advice (fyi i usually eat like 40g of oatmeal and three eggs without the yolk in the breakfast or just a cucumber with lemon if its to heavy)

Ill be going on a 21 day eating plan where i’ll be eating no more than 500cal and im only eating eggs, oatmeal and apples ore manderins (depending on the day) every two weeks ill have one week rest in which ill keep the deficit but eat other foods. As well as i wont be eating after 6 . Ill let you know how it goes especially since i binged this weekend.
