so today i did the scariest thing. i asked for help. i was terrified and to be honest i still am. but guess what, i don’t regret it. i can say now, if you have the resources, a teacher, a parent, a friend or anybody in your life, ask then for help. you do not deserve to be unhappy and i strongly believe that. please, ask for help. it is terrifying i know, but it is the best decision i have made. ~katie.
