Found this recipe in How to Cook Everthing last night, and it was delicious even with just marindating for 30-40 minutes. The sauce/marinade worked well with cod as well:
4 chicken breast halves (or 2 whole chicken breasts)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon minced garlic
salt and freshly ground pepper
lemon wedges
fresh parsley
yogurt (optional)

Quote
I don’t want to sell anything, buy anything, or process anything as a career. I don’t want to sell anything bought or processed, or buy anything sold or processed, or process anything sold, bought, or processed, or repair anything sold, bought, or processed. You know, as a career, I don’t want to do that.

I couldn’t help but make this after this story broke: “Hillary Clinton Used Personal Email Account at State Dept., Possibly Breaking Rules”.
The original photo, which was widely used for the Texts from Hillary Clinton meme, is from a Reuters blog.
