My contribution to the artbook “Costellarium”, realized by me and the other guys of @reverie.studio . Seventy artists have chosen a constellation and have illustrated the myth (Western or Eastern). I chose the constellation “Coma Berenices”, which owes its name to the beautiful hair of Berenice, princess of Egypt. She woved to sacrifice her long hair as a votive offering if Ptolemy, her husband, returned safely from battle during the Third Syrian War.
