I don't know much about Indonesia, but I can confidently say that Indonesian webtoons are some of the best.
So I 'm gonna talk about my two most favourite Indonesian webtoons.
The first one is Flawless
It's a story about a girl named Sarah who met a visually impaired boy named Elios, but Elios isn't any visually impaired boy, he's a genius with highly sensitive eyers, also Elios can see in his own way, I'm not spoiling how he can see though. He skillfully traps people in his charms. That's just how manipulative he is. The webtoon follows the story of Elios and how he is slowly turning into a better person because of Sarah.

HOW ELEMENTS WERE NAMED: VOL.3
Under all the representative and transitional elements of the mighty periodic table, there lies the F-block, which consists of lanthanids and actanides.
If you look closely, you'll find two elements that Their arrangement will cach your attention.
Did you find them?
Yes, they are Europium and Americium.
Europium was named after Europe.
So, when the American scientists of the University of Chicago discovered Americium found out that it was to be placed under Europium in the periodic table, they just went ahead and named it after America.

I'm currently reading "A Study in Scarlet" by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and it never occurred to me that Sherlock Holmes was an arrogant character, and Watson being done with him for being over proud of his skills.
Fun fact: I'm an INTP just like sherlock, and my mother is an ISFJ just like Dr. Watson.
I find that coincidence very funny. Maybe I can be the sherlock to her watson.

As someone who grew up watching animated series of various DC and Marvel superheroes, I can positively say that Batman was and will always be my favourite superhero of all time.
I recently came across an article from Forbes that was written back in 2018. The article was about the animated versions of batman and mainly why "Batman:the animated series" was the best batman toon of all time.
That made me want to write why I consider batman my favourite superhero.
One of the things that makes Batman stand out to me is how he is a self-made hero.
If you look at other superheroes, you see that most of them were either born with their superpowers, ex: Superman and Wonder Woman, or they got it by coincidence ex: spiderman and the hulk. I'm not belittling any other superhero i just find that detail very cool about batman. Also, I know that there are other superheroes that built their powers on their own, like iron-man , but maybe I favour Batman because he was the first self-made superhero I discovered.
Also, I'm talking from the knowledge I got through the animated series.
He turned what scared him into his strength.
He had to bear fighting someone who was once his friend.
I adored his friendships
I loved how he treated Robin as a son.
I respected him for never killing people.
And, I always looked forward to watching the next episode of his series.

Actually, the story behind these photos is quite funny.
I was on my way home from a trip to the bookstore, and I came across this tree with these lamps flashing in different colours every few seconds. The street didn't have many people. So, I stopped to take a few photos after a minute or two. I felt the presence of someone coming in my direction.
I looked in the direction of the motion, and I saw two guys coming in my direction. They were looking where I was pointing my camera.
I closed my phone and walked past them. While i was passing them, I heard one of the two guys say, " it actually looks so pretty dude"
" Glad to know that you like how the tree looks, too," is what I thought back then.

As any other person on this planet, I sometimes talk in my sleep
According to witnesses, actually, my mum and siblings, my talking can range from unidentified words to actual conversation with the person who tries to wake me up.
The latest incident was yesterday. My brother was trying to wake me up, and I told him that I was awake while i was still sleeping . He didn't believe it, so he decided to test my consciousness he started to ask me math questions......
What's 2×2 ? 4 I said
What's 5×3? 15
How about 3×3? 9
As I answered, he got more and more convinced that I was awake, so he just let me be. Until a few minutes after he realised I was still asleep, he woke me up for real the second time, looking absolutely amused he told me, "You do maths in your sleep."
But to be completely fair, I do remember hearing his voice and thinking about the number 15.

Music really is a universal language.
The first time I listened to "Alien" a song by Han, a korean artist , I felt something stir within me. I somehow felt empty, hopeless, and lonely, which led to me breaking into tears after a few moments. I have no idea why, I'm currently learning Korean, but back then, I didn't, and I didn't have subtitles on either.
The song does contain some English lyrics like: "i'm an alien on this earth " and mentions the word lonely around three times. But other than that, I couldn't understand anything. All I could say was Han's feelings did come across through the song.
Also, a fun fact I heard about that very song is that when Han was recording the studio version of the song he couldn't sing with the same feelings he had when he was recording the guide version, so he just used the vocals of the guide version.
I couldn't find where I heard/read that though.

My cousin, who's 8 years older than me, has a toddler. And with the second youngest of our family being my 11 year old sister, my cousin's toddler is the star of our family, everyone wants to play with her.
So one day, my cousin had something to do so she asked me and my sister to babysit her daughter.
She dropped her off, gave us her stuff, and went on her way. Everything went smoothly, and her daughter - let's call her Lola - was playing quietly, but that's what you call the calm before the storm.
She suddenly started crying, and no singing or funny faces would make her stop, so we came up with a plan. I would carry lola and walk around the house, and my sister would play her favourite song on my phone and walk right behind us . That really did stop lola from crying, but that was what you could call a blessing in disguise.
She really did stop crying, but if I put her down for one moment or if the song stopped playing, she would burst into tears.
While doing that, my arms couldn't help but get tired, but then my saviour appeared. My brother came home from his football training. Once he stepped foot into the house, he saw the mess we were in, and he was like : "What on earth is happening here?"
We explained, and he offered to carry the baby for a while. In less than five minutes, he was calling me back to carry her because his arms were tired. We were in an endless cycle every few minutes, and we would switch turns in carrying her, playing her favourite song, and resting.
Till the real saviour came....... Our mother
I have no idea how she did. Maybe it's just a mothers thing. She took lola, put her on the bed, and sat next to her. She didn't cry
After a while, mom got her some baby food, lola ate, and then stated to play and giggle again as if nothing had happened.
Peace was restored restored in the household again.
Maybe back then, I wanted the crying to stop. Now I look back and smile as that is one of the memories I'm most fond of.

I've always cherished my drawings, and I've always kept them safe somewhere, but the place where I kept them always changed as i got older. These were kept in a folder. Some are lying around in a drawer while others are kept in sketchbooks.
These paintings down below are by my 6-year-old self, and they were kept in a red folder with my name written on it with a black permanent marker.
The brilliant thing about them is that they are a landmark to show how much my art have improved.
Also, two of them were drawn with oil paint because my younger self bought it thinking that they were water colours. I never really realised that until I got older, but I do remember having difficulty using them as oil paint is definitely incompatible with normal paper.
Looks like this was the only way I knew to draw birds . It looks cute, though .

HOW ELEMENTS WERE NAMED : VOL.2
Einstarium is obviously named after Einstein Rutherfodium is named after Ernest Rutherford Bohrium is definitely named after Niels Bohr
How about Holmium.....?
When I first heard of it, I was instantly reminded of the name Holmes.
My thoughts were :
Maybe the last name of the scientist who discovered it was Holmes
Or maybe it was found in Baker Street, London , so it was named after Sherlock Holmes.
But neither theories were correct.
Holmium was named after Stockholm, which is Holmia in Latin and the place of birth of the scientist who separated it from Erbium and Thulium.

Knitting is what you could call my long lost passion, I started to learn how to knit in home economics back in fourth grade, and back then, it was all I did , I enjoyed choosing different types and colors of yarn and using different types of needles.
Why did I stop knitting? I have no idea.
So, one vacation day , I randomly felt the urge to knit again, and luckily, I was already on my way to school the next day to borrow some books from the library, so on the way back I decided i would buy some yarn and a pair of knitting needles.
My destination then was a shop near my grandma's house, but it was a long journey from school, so I asked my dad about a shortcut, which he told me, and all was well..........
Till the day of the journey
After getting my books, I went on to the shop, but I accidentally took a wrong turn, I was supposed to turn right ..... yeah, I was supposed to.
After walking for a lot of time under the sun, the shop was nowhere to be found. The problem was that every time I asked a paserby or a shopkeeper about the store, they would all tell me that I was on the right way , I even double cheked the name of the shop. I started to get sceptical once I found myself next to a railway road and a field of what was probably wheat .
I called my mom and told her that I couldn't find the shop and that I was near a railway road and a field. All I could hear from the other side of the phone was a gasp.......
Apparently, I was on the outskirts of the town where a lot of gangsters showed up at 10 o'clock in the morning, but to be sure, I asked a man in a shop right across the railway how to get to a place near my grandma's house, then how to get to a bridge near my school. All he said was, " How did you end up here?" with a worried expression
My mom never hung up on the phone, so she told me to ask him how to get to the nearest bus stop, I followed the way he showed me muttering every prayer I could remember, hoping i won't encounter anyone or anything on the way ,and thanks to God I didn't.
I found the bus stop and hopped onto the first bus that would get me home .
I learnt my lesson, I'll be more careful next time I visit a place for the first time
