[13:47] the afternoon sky was dark with rain ready to fall at any minute. it had recently cold due to the winter coming up but you had yet to stock up on logs for your fire.

‘wonder how he is?’ you thought to yourself as you sighed thinking about him. it was hard to not think about him despite how stoic he might be at times. ‘will he come home?’

he was just hurt from his past but those who are demon slayers usually have a dark past or have lost people close to them. it made you want to hug him and give him all your happiness and warmth.

he had told you it felt like he was undeserving and he was drowning in his guilt and shame of being alive whilst they had died. he was on autopilot at times not knowing what he was doing until he sometimes finds himself killing a demon. it was like a thick heavy fog had covered him making him feel like his energy had been sucked out of him.

‘its not your fault’ you had told him holding his hands towards you.

‘you aren’t alone at all’ and ‘you’re here and it is okay that you survived and are alive’ as well you had told him that repeatedly whilst holding him and running your hands through his hair.

“you are my star, you are the star that saved me from the darkness and continue to do so’ he told you once in a heated confession.

it had you emotional and scared him whenever you smiled whilst crying but felt himself being pulled closer to you. “you are the one who saved me from drowning in grief and anger” was what you told him.

it was true as he stumbled upon you standing on a bridge staring at the water. he knew the look on your face and has saved you by leading you from the bridge while telling you words that changed your life.

“you are still here so do something with your life that would make your family happy instead of drowning in that anger and grief.”

you smile at that memory looking at the rain that was pouring down all of a sudden until a creak was heard behind you. it’s a familiar shadow.

“i’m home” the calm voice of him washed over you and with a smile you turned.

“giyuu! welcome home,” you spoke softly, holding your arms open as you welcome him home.

home wasn’t t complete without him.

he was home.

[19:30] the pool of blood seemed to get bigger as you laid there weakly coughing, the wound that didn’t seem like a big was bleeding profusely. it was inosuke that was awkwardly holding you clumsily trying to stop the bleeding, he was shaking as he held you close.

“damn women! don’t you dare die on me...I still have to fight you!!” he grunted out with a slight wobble to his voice, his mask falling from his head. “it’s okay inosuke but I didn’t think you’d be crying.”

your teasing made him huff before leaning down to touch foreheads, shinbou finally appearing with medical help. “inosuke.... I love you even if you don’t understand what I mean- I want you to know that I do love you...”

you trailed off with your eyes closing as sleep seemed to overcome you causing him to panic as a few unknown tears rushed down the unusually soft inosuke...he screamed for you.

he can’t lose you...he can’t

[23:45] “aether! lumine! please you don’t have to be like this!” you shout out to your elder siblings as, thunder starts, why did they have to be the prince and princess to the abyss…

a nightmare…please no

you held back tear as aethers gaze met yours; his harsh glare softening into a look full of warmth and understanding. you, didn’t understand why after being separated for so long that this is reality.

don’t leave me please; I’m scared.

“my dear sister,” aether began as he comes closer to you, a hands gently cupping your face, making the sob you were trying to hold come out. “you won’t understand now but you are growing, you will realise why we’re doing this.”

don’t leave me or else I’ll be used until I’m worn out.

lumine grasps your hands, this causes you to look at them confused. the sound of your sobs increases as you apologise; they were obviously upset at how long it took you to find them.

how wrong you were.

“i’m sorry! if I only was good enough to find you quicker,” you gasped out not noticing how their gazes harden, arms bring you into their hold; comfort.

“we have more than enough time sister,” lumine began, gently kissing your head as she steps away. “for we will be reunited once again but for now, we must part ways.”

aether followed her lead as they step away and into the portal, sending you one last glance. they hold up a lucky charm up; the ones you made. it made you cry harder.

theses gods were no help so far and you met them like this…

“til the stars reunite us again my dear sister and brother.” you utter collapsed on your knees; numbed from the cold and the noise a high pitch sound.

[05:06] the air was heavy, time unmoving despite the chattering in the background. it didn’t matter. how could it? not with the scene in front of you.

kaeya was drunk obviously which you knew from the little squint he does followed by the tapping of his left foot, yet why was he trailing his hand on the strangers leg up towards the inner thigh. it felt like your earth shattered, the rose tinted glasses you had on; gone.

“why..?” you uttered to yourself, your face pale and filled with horror. you certainly caught diluc’s and albedo’s attention which they followed your gaze. diluc’s eyes harden and, were so intense that they could melt you. albedo was giving a dead stare.

sorrow was the first emotion you felt then it came full force and heavy.

how could he do that to you and so with your mind made up, you stood. the feeling of your steps felt heavy filled with heavy emotions weighing you down then within a second you were there.

crash.

kaeya looked at you in shock as well as the stranger making you angrier, a scoff leaving your mouth. “next time you’re going to do that crap again make sure not to do it in front of the person.”

“now now im sure this is all a misunderstanding,” the way he said it with full conviction and a worried look made you want to scream. it made want to just yell but with a deep breath you speak calmly. “it doesn’t matter if you’re drunk but doing it so blatantly obvious in front of everyone! me! you’re done, we’re done.”

you coldly glare at him before turning around where albedo was there waiting for you. it made you walk towards him taking his lead and leaving the tavern. the cold air refreshing on your skin cooling you down and, you got to the entrance and across the bridge before stopping.

drip… drip… drip

you were shaking with clenched fists as tears fell from your eyes, stifling your sobs. everyone had warned you yet you didn’t listen; fool and look where you’ve landed.

“i’m really a fool aren’t I?” you ask bitterly knowing that albedo was standing near. the question lingering in the air softly with no response.

the way your heart ached and clenched made you sob even more. it was your fault; naive little you believing all them sugarcoated words. you were so foolish, desperate for love and the warmth of someone else that you were fooled.

“stupid…” you muttered once more before looking at albedo who knew you too well. he knows that it’s best to leave you to your thoughts then come back to them after you’ve calmed down. it worked since you were usually a rational individual.

“come on,” he spoke, cutting the stillness in the air with nonchalantly. it made you calm down a little bit with how he didn’t pity you or reassure you. “let’s go.”

he glanced behind you unnoticeably.

he held his outstretched hand before you and you know he meant the little cottage of yours near dragonspine. you sniffled and wiped your eyes reaching out for the hand knowing you were in safe hands.

what you didn’t see was the way albedo’s lips rose into a smirk, the glint in his eyes possessive and challenging to kaeya who glowered.

unknowingly, to you there is a competition between the two on who would get you. you aren’t allowed to be with anyone else; they don’t deserve you nor will they treat you right.

you were theirs.

[16:19] “why aren’t you mad? you should be screaming at me or at least slap me,” childe’s voice echoed in kitchen. it made you falter before you had regained your stance quickly.

“why should I be mad?” you ask softly, as you continue to cut the carrots you needed for the soup, it was a family recipe. a hand slams behind you against the counter making you jump; the knife slipping and cutting you.

“childe…i can’t say anything because it was something I expected,” you utter, blinking away the tears from your eyes. liar, you expected none of that. you manoeuvre yourself to the sink only to be dragged back, childe puts your finger in his mouth softly sucks to stop the bleeding.

ah! a warm blush spreads across your cheek as you held eye contact. no, stop! you sharply drew your hand out of his mouth. “childe…i do truly love you I really do but do you?…”

a sharp hiss was heard before he grabbed you bringing you close. tears appear once more as you start to shake slowly, he seems to be holding on to you tightly. “it was a stupid drunk accident…i can’t lose you! my loyalty to you will always be the same as it.”

you internally frown, a drunk accident huh? you were no fool but now? you were a fool in love. childe buries his face in the crook of your neck, he loves doing that and it also is his favourite spot.

“i can try one more but only once more,” you softly speak into his ear. the way his body shivers and he grips you closer before nodding, you knew you had him.

you smiled darkly, full of glee.

he was yours and always would be especially if you had a say in it…

[14:09] it was a warm afternoon as you were strolling through where dilucs tavern laid, cheerfully waving at those who were working. it was a perfect day to go on a nice dip in the secret nook that you had found in a small cave; it looked like it had been set up beforehand but you thought nothing of it.

“i can’t wait to soak in the water,” you hum to yourself as you had reached the covered entrance (slightly thick leaves cover it). “these new candles will be great as well.”

you set your stuff to the side as the steam of the water had you sighing; reaching to remove any jewellery. you look back as you unlace your slightly lacy lavender spring dress bring your arms together as the dress drops.

splash!

your heart drops as you turn quickly to where the water was and there he was; diluc ragnvindr submerged in the water with his arms leaning against the wall. “well don’t stop on my account.”

suddenly it was hot so hot that your legs pressed together and the dress was suffocating. the man I front of you had been teasing you and flirting with you quite confidently which was out of character.

you had no clue that he had found out that you had returned his feelings as well therefore his confidence boost.

“diluc!” you squeaked slowly losing grip on the dress, your breath coming out short. he only tutted before gliding forward, the water nearly exposing him as he reaches where you were at. “how..how did you find out..”

“about this place? well I’ve known for ages,” he raised a brow before looking you up and down. it was then that your grasp on your dress slipped leaving you exposed. “sweet barbatos…”

he eyed you up hungrily causing you to flush but with a sudden braveness, you had approached him and lean down. “diluc…don’t stare at me like that”

“sorry beautiful but your hard to resist,” he said appreciating the view before grasping you and pulling down. it had caught you off guard that you squealed before being submerged and then rising to where your bare chest was touching him. his arms caging you in with no escape.

a hungry look in his eyes ready to devour you within a single second. you make eye-contact with him, his gaze so heavy causing a blush to erupt, his arms tightening, around you allowing now escape.

“diluc..!” you had whimpered bring your hands against his chest, nails scrapping against it leaving red marks.

“you’re going to make me lose my mind!” he grunted before swiftly meeting your lips with such passion that it made up for the clumsiness of it.

he was going to devour you; mentally, psychically and body.

[00:42] why? why? WHY?!? you think to yourself as you stared at the back of your brother who had begged you to die in her place. the nerve, the audacity…

they never took your feelings to heart; discarded like dust never to be seen again. it was pain after sadness after pain and it finally made you realise how naive you have been. it was foolish to think that any of your family members would care about you, that they would have a place for you in their hearts.

naive little you, how foolish. they only had time for her and it was shown; your birthday pushed aside, blamed for anything such as her getting her (it was somehow always you). bastards.

without your brother turning around he didn’t see you clearly. no, he didn’t see the way your eyes had dulled slightly only to minutes later light with so much anger that your eyes looked like they were glowing. the way your body stopped shaking and you stopped crying, how you stared calmly at his back.

anger had taken over you as the blood in your veins rushed rapidly in you with anticipation. it burned deep in you daring you to forget but oh how you wouldn’t forget.

you could never ever forget it and you never will. you’ll make them pay, shame them and bring them down and oh, how they’ll beg for mercy. they will not forget the slander they treated you with, the mistreatment from the servants.

you emotionless stare at the dreadful human in front of you- enjoying the confused and shocked face when he met your hate filled gaze especially with the different emotions he was going through.

shock. confusion. regret. shame. anger.

he was speaking to you but it was a buzzing noise in your ears, annoying as a mouse. fool but oh, there’s the other two fools with him looking at you harshly until you had looked at them.

gleefully you grinned with how your ‘sister’ flinched, hiding away from you in fear. it had set off the fool in front of you as he yanked your hair, spitting in your face. you simply smiled at him unsettlingly him yet still angering him at the same time.

“isn’t it funny how it came to this?” you ask him hoarsely, voice raspy from not talking. they looked at you stunned especially the one you used to call father. “funny how a fake sister seemed to replace me but thank goodness she did..”

you grin, eyes full of fire before tilting your head to the right, “or else I’d turned out like a spoiled bitch”

a shade of red burned across her face whilst the other two were in shock before smacking you across the room. ha? seriously they’re that pissed?

“HOW DARE YOU-“ he raises his voice before your snort and your body shakes, it covers your anger as amusement. you seeth from behind your hair.

“HOW DARE YOU THINK ITS FUNNY! UNGRATEFUL GIRL!” he had yelled furiously, oh the hatred continued building up like molten lava and so you smiled peacefully for the last time.

“father well perhaps I shall call you sperm donor, quite suiting no? anyways let’s this be known that i hate you.” you softly spoke as the chains your ankles were in broke, a smile breaking out at their scared faces.

“what are you doing-“ you cut off your father by summoning some ice spikes that cut into him. the place slowly becoming colder as you start to freeze the room.

“may my hatred make you burn for eternity in hell”

you darkly smiled.

you were on the sofa snuggling into a blanket and into their side. they were warm and welcoming, softly leaving kisses on your forehead every few minutes.

it was perfect, it made you feel warm and fuzzy like you were in a dream. it was everything you could of asked for.

it was home.

[19:05] you don’t know how you didn’t notice it. the lingering gazes at each other and how your ‘friends’ gushed about them both despite knowing how you feel but yet the playful teasing he had given you lays in your memory vividly.

[23:21] it’s a cold day in mondstadt as snow starts to pile indicating the season change. how wonderful, well with how cute bennett looks in his warm orange scarf; his eyes full of joy and nose pink.

both of you were currently heading to meet razor as he was always curious, of the markets around mondstadt, especially during the winter season. you look at the bundled up bennett beside you; you had to make him wear a coat and gloves at least! it was freezing!

wait…freezing!?! your heart sank quickly as you thought of razor. yes he might of gotten used to the temperatures but yet, it doesn’t matter. “bennett, hunny?”

“yeah?” he responded as he looked around in awe even if he’s seen mondstadt like this many times. “it’s currently low temperatures especially for mondstadt and, razor is out there with no protection…”

that makes him falter as he turns to you in horror; you had to get razor to stay with one of yous tonight since it was rumoured to be colder later on. first, you had to get razor something warm and so, with haste both of you managed to get; a light purple scarf and a nice warm coat that wasn’t stuffy as razor would be uncomfortable.

both of you waste no time hurrying to razor who was waiting outside of wolvendome; he was shaking slightly.

“RAZOR!” you called out catching his attention before you and bennett tackled him, wasting no time to get him into the warm garments. he blinked and tilted his head cutely, as he looks at his coat and scarf.

“for…me?” his voice is confused and hesitant, both yours and bennett’s heart breaks.

“razor, darling of course it’s for you,” you start softly bringing him into your embrace tearing up.

“yeah, moon it’s for you,” bennett spoke as he joined the embrace; he had called razor a moon because of how beautiful he looked, in the moons light. razor loved that named ever since.

“razor, we love you and care for you and you’re allowed to receive things…besides it’s cold and we don’t you to get cold, as well as stand outside in it with no protection.” you start slowly, caressing his cheek before laying a kiss on his forehead as bennett leaves a kiss on his shoulder.

“oh okay…i care for you too,” razor said as his chest burst into swirls of warmth. a giggle and smile escapes all of you before you’re grabbing on to one hand of their hands.

“come darlings, let’s go,” you smile as you pull them towards the village, in return your hands are squeezed by both of the boys.

“yes! oh razor just wait until…” you softly smile as bennett tells razor about everything there.

now, this was home and the feeling of being loved; just you and the boys.

[17:26] it was stealing little glances, pink hues and smiles, it was the dumb jokes with the lingering touches.

it was the little heart flutters that brought an unknown warmth with it, the teasing and height comparison.

maybe it’ll soon be the tickling cold, red cheeks and Christmas lights. it may be a dream but not an unpleasant one

not with how you both looked at each other.
