sorry i turned your boyfriend into a minecraft block and then broke him down into 9 ingots and then broke each of those 9 ingots into 9 nuggets and then placed each nugget in a glowing item frame in a grid pattern over an area of 81 thousand blocks squared

people said they'd like to see my journal pages. figured i'd show the basis of my yearly calendar slash mood tracker, since it's one of my high effort pages!

on the other page of the spread, i have a key for my mood tracker, and a list of important dates. not only is this a pretty useful page, it looks neat to me.

it really helps me to stay organised and on task throughout the year. practical is always best!

2022 had some of my worst moments, and memories that will stick to me for years to come.

it also had the best things to happen to me so far. i'm so happy where i am and i wouldn't change it.

sure, if you told me in january what happened, i'd be begging for a change, but here i am.

i'm finding that by sticking stupid pages into my journal and putting together an easy page that doesn't have to look good, i can really maintain motivation!

i could probably share a few of my pages.

journalling is fun.

make it messy, make it gross, make the pages so thick they cant close.

without the obligation of a perfect journal, it’s something you can really maintain.

romanticizing the little things in the world in my head before i go to sleep again.

escaping into another world sounds cliché and dramatic but it would be a dream.

i'm not looking for fantasy, i just would love to leave this world in the most innocent way.

the books that don't deal with politicians, where the conflict is held in its bubble, where everything outside doesn't matter to the plot and is therefore not important.

i want to escape there.

tonight, i saw an evening in.

where chilly outside air was covered by the simple warmth of a blanket.

it was that simple.

just chatting.

and the blanket was my focus.

i want to escape to a world where i can focus on the texture, the fabric, the warmth of a blanket.

The world is always too bright, too loud, too busy, too fast.

I realised recently that no allistic person will ever truly relate to me.

They don't see the world the way I do and don't see what I do.

They may try, but our worlds are different. It's as simple as that.

It's either "I must do this thing RIGHT NOW or I'm going to lose it" or "the stars and planets aren't in perfect positions so it'll happen when that happens" and nothing in between.
