They were having an argument. It wasn't entirely uncommon for them as Makoto and Akechi were both highly intelligent but also highly proud of themselves. But Akechi decided once she was off guard that he would both solidify his point and kiss her deeply. Pure passion behind his actions as he made out with her. Once he finally broke off the kiss he let a smirk grow on his face. "I've wanted to do that for quite a while now~"
