more infection au! honestly the only difference between my au and the show is the way the slender sickness (or whatever it’s called) effects people. like in the show, Tim fails to realize how sick Jay really is until it’s too late to save him.

what’s your favorite au?

Im assuming this is referring to my favorite Marble Hornets au, which is kind of like asking who my favorite child is and is completely unfair, I love them all equally

That being said, here are some of my personal favorites

@creative-clawmarks Vampire AU has awesome themes of monsters, psychological horror, etc. Great take on the characters and fantastic links to the original story

@mickey-bees Infection AU, similar to the Vampire AU, has SUCH good horror and monster elements, though this time with a more eldritch spin. Every update is such a cool original take, and the monster design is super creative

@maik-ol Forestry AU sings to my SOUL, its got such poetic themes and Maikol has a fantastic understanding of the characters, as well as themes of nature itself which is so neat

@scootwat Persona AU is very fun, for the simple purpose of Persona and MH crossover is super cool. Special mention to his Jay x Mike Schmidt ship, which is rad

Special mentions that aren't quite au's but are equally fucking awesome alternate timelines are @ohgreat-moretapes for its great Tim characterizing, @strawberyz Seth au which OUGH rots my brain, and @scout-sms thoroughfare. CJ FOREVER!! All 3 of these are in their early publishing but y'all ain't even READY for what they have in store I'm so hyped

(This doesn't include the au's I've created/co created haha, sooo special mention to my 2 cowboy au's 1 alternate timeline and 3 apocalypse au's??)
