~ Chiffon kimonos differ from silky knit ones by the way that the art is transparent, see-through. Both look great, so it's all about the preference.

Juniper and I have experimented with versatile ways these chiffon kimonos can work. The kimono becomes a robe, a blouse, a head wrap, a scarf.. Wow!

Colours may differ just slightly from the picture, but otherwise I did my best to keep them real ~

Today is the last day to put an order in for a kimono for it to arrive in the beginning of August. I am looking into adding a couple of new designs later today (Wednesday) - just a lil' surprise for more choice for lovely yous ❤️

Another surprise - I will be putting out new designs every season and in case if a print comes back, the colours will be tweaked. It will help to avoid repetition of mass manufacturing.

This assemblage features amethysts & a little glass crystal in the centre. This digital original has become a signature piece for MetaStazi.

Looking for venues to exhibit MetaStazi (digitally perfect) & Stazi Qualia (raw mixed media A& watercolour) art in the second half of May & June in Vancouver or elsewhere. Super happy that this "Mauve & Lavender" piece got accepted into Astral Harvest Synerstellar Art Gallery! (unless it gets sold before & I make a new one.. maybe with a print on wood??)

Having a notebook in your purse is a huge asset - it becomes a journal, a big friend or a to-do list (along with the day planner - another favourite of mine). There is lots of real human shit in my life, but I REALLY WANT TO PLAY. To have more fun. Maybe not like others do, but still to do it. Experience childish joy. Feel bliss. It might feel like you almost need to fight for that bliss in your day-to-day routine. Maybe put aside all the things that bring you down once they are released? Continue to dance, laugh hysterically, flirt with life, paint (like Pollock or not, like a kid or like a serious classy pro). I just want to wake up & sit in a lotus pose on a rooftop. Then do art on the easel, on the desk, on the walls & everywhere. Do art for living. Write for living. Breathe for living. Burn bright with all my trials. Take risks. It's all g, that sometimes things break your heart or overwhelm your mind. It's like a necessary dose of eustress that caffeine gives. This is what it takes to come back to your full humanness. Out of a fairy land. And bridge those 2 worlds to create a masterpiece: a poem, a sculpture, a miraculous convo, a LIFE.

This project has travelled with me as a mixed media assemblage for a number of months before it finally took it’s installation form. The name of it is “Lighter than a feather. A Playland”. With all the little animals the piece incorporates an element of play, inviting observers to interact with surfaces of wood, canvas & even chain. You can get lost in the mountains of wood grain, while playing with your friends. The idea that art can be explored up-close because we go beyond the illusion that it will be wrecked in case we leave it without supervision. Classic concept of art being immortal has to be reconsidered in order to lose the attachment to it’s material worth. Yes, art is worth millions & millions, especially because of it’s energetic message. The trace that artist leaves behind is bigger, than we imagine. There is also a life insurance - a monument for art in photographs, as well as in the affect it has caused onto different people over time, especially owners, who decided to invest into self-expression of another human being.

✨the goal of art is what you are finding in the process for yourself, as a reflection of your thoughts, feelings, ideas-revelations & skills 💚 I painted "Death?" for two months using different mediums, mixing pencils, pens, markers, sharpies, #watercolours & #acrylics. It was a great experience of shifting my perception of death from gloomy ends to blossoming #sugarskull beginnings. 💫 it is framed and will be for sale on-line soon. I am also thinking of putting it on clothes... Yes!!!
