Small excerpt from my unfinished Hammertooth fic that I would like to share for now:

Nathan was hunched over him, shaking him from his shoulders. "Stop crying dude, that's gay c'mon."

That made Toki cry even harder, "But I ams gays. I'm gays fors da bands and- my friends and Abigail and-and I'm a big homo for Magnu-u-us." And just like that Toki is full on bawling.

"Ew, uh."

MAGNUS AND TOKI FIRST EVER PUBLIC APREANCE AS A COUPLE GO!

Wowee. Ok.

First Ever Hammertooth Public Appearance

I imagine they would probably like to reveal it in a normal way; a facefriends post, on a very important dinner with the paparazzi around, going together to an event/gala. Let the fans slowly put two and two together and get used to seeing Toki and Magnus as a pair instead of seeing them separately.

But what will most likely happen is Toki will get piss-drunk at a bender or after party and yell about how much he loves Magnus Hammersmith. Reporters would surround him asking for more, Toki would give away a little much information about their private life. Charles and Abigail will try to shut Toki up, but the little guy packs more than he looks and it takes three hoods to carry him out whilst Toki is showing the reporters pictures of him and Mag on his deth-phone.

Magnus would be horrified, quickly escaping the public eye. He'd turn his phone off, throw his computer out the window and smash his TV to avoid seeing anything how it will unfold. Purposely readying himself for the whole world to come out and kill him for taking the rhythm guitarist away from them. Unbeknownst to him the Fandom is taking the news quite well—this actually boosts Toki's popularity right to the top becoming the only thing Dethklok Minute talks for weeks. The fans chant their names and share crudely drawn fan-art of the two all over the net. Magnus is obviously disgusted by that last one.

Some fans will kill themselves, there will be some minor massacres here and there in their name. But Magnus isn't convinced. He's waiting for the other shoe to drop—the homophobic tirade ready to snatch him up and dump his corpse in the river. They don't appear together for months.

No amount of re-assurance from Charles and Abigail would convince Magnus that the Fans would accept him with Toki. Toki does try, but it always ends up with Magnus getting upset. Toki and and Mag continue their hiding charade: Toki wears a hat for Starbucks dates, Magnus puts on a fake mustache for concerts. Everything to avoid "Hammertooth."

One concert Magnus will be hanging backstage while the band is out. Some newbie Klokateer will spot him and ask for his pass and ID. Magnus, not having any of this shit on him since Toki never properly made the time to get that shit for him tries to explain the situation.

"I'm with the band." "No you're not. You are going to have to be escorted out of the premises or be taken into custody." "Shit, let me just take this thing off my lip and you will s-" The Hood grabs his arm and start twisting it, pulling to get him out. Magnus fights back. Backup gets called. Guns are drawn. Magnus runs blindly in a direction. Somehow he makes it to the stage, stripping over the a pedal as two Klokateers get on top of him.

Toki gets them off, throwing a guitar at one of them. And when he helps Magnus up his fake mustache falls off reveling to the world Magnus Hammersmith.

Magnus freaks and freezes at the sea of screaming fans.

All the fans chant their name, "Magnus! Toki!"

Magnus's fear would disappear, making the tiny effort of holding on of Toki's hand. Toki would go too far like always and kiss Magnus. He kisses back, but he only does so the crowd wouldn't have to look at his flushed face.

The crowd goes wild.

Toki's and Magnus' first public appearance and kiss becomes the most watched Mew-Tube video and the concert with the highest mortality rate Dethklok had had so far.

Ok so in your opinion who is secretly dating who in mordhaus?

If we go by canon I would say Skwisgaar and Toki have something going on. It is mostly the showrunners wanting to give some homo-erotic subtext strictly for laughs, but I believe we as a fandom can come to take these 'jokes' as literal. Staying a bit in canon I would also say Murderface could be pining for one of the bandmates. Not saying they're in a relationship! But he could be in love with Pickles or Toki imo. Still keeping some of the canon, Charles could be a bit into Nathan or Pickles. He treats them differently from the rest. Yet It can easily be recognized as a OT3/BROT3 too.

Now leaving canon! I would say Abigail and Pickles had something going on for a little bit before they broke it off when she went off with Nathan in the end of DSR. Toki after years of pining for Skwis, fell in love with Magnus. (before the knife.) Murderface and Knubbler had a drunk moment at a album party once upon a time. They say it was a one-time thing, but we all know it keeps happening. Charles keeps inviting Nathan to one on one meeting that are actually dates, but Nathan is too stupid to notice. Charlie doesn't mind much, as long as he gets to see Nathan. And Skisgaar...well...he's got his GMILFs to keep him company.

Magnus and Abigail  podcast Headcannon

Post DSR Magnus would have a semi-successful podcast and he’d garner a nice consistent fanbase. He’s no longer interested in the destruction of Dethklok nor the prophesy. He’s found his place being an indie musician, a writer and an interviewer/host. His involvement with Dethklok still brought up years later. He never answers those questions or he vetoes them to ask about his work instead.

Abigail parts from the Dethklok sphere, once again becoming one of the top producers in the country. She moves past her controversial Dethklok past and slowly but surely her infamy fades. She dabbles with producing and discovering  small artists. 

One day Magnus gets an e-mail from Abigail (second time ever he’s spoken to Abigail since DSR) she likes his show and would love to catch up; maybe even use each other to boost their platforms (to her: the people she’s producing. to him: he gets more guests.)

They meet up. Magnus apologizes yet again for everything, Abigail assures him she’s okay now (thanks to therapy) and that she understands what the prophesy can do to people.

Magnus and Abigail agree to do an interview for the podcast. They also agree to only mention Dethklok once and never again. The episode ends up being one of the easiest to record for Magnus, Abigail content with how easy-going it felt.

She says Magnus looks happier, Magnus says he’s never felt better.

They meet up once a month for coffee and catch up, slowly building a genuine friendship. Magnus interviews Abigail’s clients from time to time, helping each other out in the unforgiving entertainment business. Abigail goes to Magnus’ shows (pretty ones, with those bars that have mirrors behind the shelves that hold he liquor.) 

Just two friends finding solace in their ignored shared past.
