Miu works for Germa and was at Punk Hazard for "research purposes" (other scientists didn't really like him and sent him away ) when he sees the strawhats arrive, he calls Germa to let them know he found Sanji. But after he meets the Strawhats he has a change of heart, specifically after the Strawhats are fighting some of Caesar's goons and Sanji rescues Miu from getting hit by shrapnel when something blows up. He cuts contact with Germa and silences his transponder snail. Along with Kinemon and Momonusuke, Miu tags along with the Strawhats to Dressrosa and then follows the half of the crew that goes to Zou. When Sanji gets the invitation to his own wedding, Capone divulges that they found him by following the tracker inside their (mysteriously incommunicado) spy's transponder snail. Miu feels awful and tags along to Whole Cake Island with the others and continues with the crew to Wano where he stays behind to try and invent a cure for the Wanoans affected by the Smile Fruits.

I swear to god I turned in my English final about a week ago and I just remembered something I mentioned in my Frankenstein final essay was from @brightgoat ‘s Unbound Prometheus AU and not the actual book and it’s too late to go edit it fuckkkkkk

Why does EVERY Frankenstein fanartist make 10-100 amazing pieces of art and disappear off the face of the planet 4 years ago. Like not just stop posting Frankenstein, they just stop posting entirely. Is it a curse? (should I be worried?)

Something tells me that Sanji might not want Iva's help to transition?

You have to look at it from her perspective; he was experimented on probably before he was even born, fetal surgery. He was probably continuously poked and prodded before he understood why. So Sanji not wanting outside help, or more specifically instant easy transition, would make sense. She would want to choose to shape his body into the body she really wants. I can see Sanji being satisfied enough with his body to not be on estrogen, but then again maybe she WOULD want to take it. Maybe he would want a fuller chest after all. Iva would be able to inject Sanji with juuuuuust the right amount of hormones to permanently give her the desired image she wants—but Sanji can't bring himself to do it. It just doesn't sit well because it just feels like another experiment even though SHE'S choosing it for herself this time. But giving himself his own hrt would provide more ease. Sure it's a slower process but it feels more like an achievement anyway. More fulfilling. Her life is in her hands, no one else's.

Yes Iva means well, in fact they were ecstatic to do it, like a parent watching their baby take its first steps, they were going to watch their little Candy take theirs! But Sanji didn't feel so good doing it that way. And yeah. Iva gets that. There are other people like that in the kingdom, Sanji isn't alone feeling this way. So Iva provides the estrogen; patches, gel, shots, pills. Whichever form Sanji decides to take, Iva is fully capable of producing it and teaching Chopper the proper ways too so he can supply Sanji too. Because whatever their Candy wants, their Candy will get. She kind of reminds them of themselves in a way... Maybe that's why they grew so fond of him?
