pls chill. if this storyline was ending in ryan leaving the show, there’d be more of a fuss. he didn’t get any promo after 8x8 despite the drama of eddie maybe moving, if it was more serious he probably would’ve got an interview. it’s literally just a storyline for angst purposes, even if he does move it won’t be for long and we’ll see him while he’s there, like when he was at dispatch/in texas last time

hi I saw you nervous about ryan leaving! After 8x06, he did an interview where he explicitly said he wasn't leaving the show. I can't find it right now, but he said it himself! I remember thinking it was strange and then.... bam.... el paso in 8x08.

I know this is a long overdue answer, but God I hope not.

People aren’t freaking out bc there’s no indication that Ryan is actually leaving. Even if Eddie does move it’ll likely be temporary for drama

Well it hasn't been proven otherwise that he'll stay. I've been reading articles about Eddie's story and departure and they never say for sure whether Ryan Guzman is leaving or not. That makes me scared AF. As much as I love Buck, I just can't watch the show anymore without him there and I won't if it comes to that. I'm not opposed to there being another crossover episode with "9-1-1 Lone Star" though because I'd love to see Eddie have some scenes with TK (longshot, I know), if anything, but yeah, I'm going to be worried and freaking out about it until someone tells me otherwise what's really going on. Can someone fill me in, please? The 911 bts blog isn't answering anything about that and I haven't seen any news about the status of Ryan's contract.
