fact of the day
drummers often get problems with their m. extensor pollicis longus because it has to bend around the tuberculum dorsale radii to get to the phalanx distalis I
tuberculum dorsale radii = basically a small hump at the back of your radius
m. extensor pollicis longus = longer of the 2 muscles that allow you to extend your thumb
phalanx distalis I = the tip of your thumbs // basically the last part of that you can bend

just did my first hard workout in about 8 weeks and it felt so good
did a 9km run at moderate pace, but pushed the pace to my lactate threshold for the last 12min
