"Sloppy Joe' pizza! (Half vegan cheese half mozzarella). Sam made the "sloppy joe" mixture with faux ground beef, tomatoe, and lota of spices and veggies. I topped the pizza with red onion, pineapple and jalapeno peppers.

amazing pizza we had lastnight (used the liquid in homemade fermented cabbage IN the dough to give it a pinky colour.) vegetarian 3 cheese with faux sausages and mushroooms and pickled onions.

homemade taco night (all made by my lovely husband). He made the tortillas and the fermented cabbage, and we fried up some fake meat in bbq sauce, then shredded some carrots and cheese, and ate them til we coulsn't eat more. So so So good.

10/10 vegan oatmeal heated up some frozen fruit with cashew milk, added a bunch of oats with matcha, cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, and more cashew milk / hot water. let it all cook up for about 5 minutes then bowled it and added chia, flax, hemp, and trail mix (+ a bit of plain dairy yogurt on mine)

made my bb some vegan pasta. sauteed garlic, ginger, mushrooms, and smoked tofu in olive oil and lemon. added lots of black pepper and threw the pasta in the mixture. highly recommend

tried overnight oats for work and loved it! made it with cashew milk, oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, match a, peanuts and then added dried fruit and blueberries when I ate it!!!
