A flavorful and hearty soup combining the savory goodness of Italian sausage, the sweetness of bell peppers, and the creaminess of melted cheese. Perfectly cooked in a pressure cooker for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground Italian sausage. 1 cup diced onions. 1 cup diced red bell peppers. 1 cup diced green bell peppers. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup rice. 4 cups beef broth. 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional. Salt to taste. 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Set the pressure cooker to saut mode and brown the Italian sausage. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Saut until vegetables are softened. Stir in rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt. Close the pressure cooker lid, set to high pressure, and cook for 5 minutes. Perform a quick release to release pressure. Stir in shredded cheese until melted. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

These sweet maple glaze and apple cider flavors make these baked doughnuts a delightful treat. These are ideal anytime you want a delicious doughnut without having to fry themon a chilly fall morning, for example!
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup apple cider. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1 tsp vanilla extract. For the Maple Glaze:. 1 cup powdered sugar. 2 tbsp maple syrup. 2 tbsp milk. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a doughnut pan. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, apple cider, melted butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Spoon the batter into the prepared doughnut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the doughnuts spring back when touched. While the doughnuts are baking, make the maple glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. Once the doughnuts are done, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Ingredients: 4 beef sirloin steaks about 6 ounces each. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 large potatoes, cut into fries. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme. 1 tablespoon minced garlic. Zest of 1 lemon. Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Instructions: Set the oven to 425F 220C and heat it up. Add a lot of salt and pepper to the steaks. Get a grill or grill pan hot, but not too hot. For medium-rare, grill the steaks for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper while the steaks are cooking on the grill. Place them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. While the butter is soft, mix the parsley, thyme, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice together in a small bowl until everything is well mixed. Put away. Before you eat the steaks, take them off the grill and let them rest for a while. Add some lemon herb butter to the baked fries and serve the steaks with them.

Instructions: Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat. Divide the ground turkey into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper. Place the turkey patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have grill marks. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of Swiss cheese to each patty and allow it to melt. While the burgers are cooking, spread butter on the cut sides of the hamburger buns and toast them on the grill until they are lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing a turkey patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of each bun. Top each patty with sauerkraut and drizzle with thousand island dressing. After thoroughly mixing in the sugar, allow it to cool a little. One egg at a time, adding and thoroughly mixing after each addition. Mix the baking powder, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and salt in a different bowl. When the butter and sugar mixture is smooth, add the cocoa mixture and stir. Stir in the chocolate chips with a gentle stir after folding in the flour until just combined. Transfer the brownie mixture into the baking pan that has been preheated and level it out. Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix. Form the cookie dough into a disc, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the chilled dough to about 1/4-inch thickness on a floured surface. Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Ingredients: 6 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup finely chopped celery. 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 slices bread. Lettuce leaves, for serving optional.
Instructions: Chop up hard-boiled eggs and put them in a bowl with Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, celery, and red onion. Add salt and pepper to taste, then mix everything together well. Cover 4 pieces of bread with the egg salad mixture. If you want, you can add lettuce leaves on top and then cover with the last 4 slices of bread to make a sandwich. For easy finger food, cut each sandwich in half or four. Serve and have fun!
