This Turkey Reuben Burger is a tasty take on the traditional Reuben sandwich. It has a juicy ground turkey patty with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and thousand island dressing on top, all between two toasted buns. The burger tastes great and fills you up, so it's like the best of both worlds.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained. 4 slices Swiss cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 1/4 cup thousand island dressing. 2 tablespoons butter. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat. Divide the ground turkey into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper. Place the turkey patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have grill marks. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of Swiss cheese to each patty and allow it to melt. While the burgers are cooking, spread butter on the cut sides of the hamburger buns and toast them on the grill until they are lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing a turkey patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of each bun. Top each patty with sauerkraut and drizzle with thousand island dressing. Place the top half of the bun on top of the toppings to complete the burger. Serve hot and enjoy your Turkey Reuben Burgers!
