Summary: At the bonfire, Kie can’t seem to keep her hands off her girlfriend.

A/N: to answer your first question, when I put “coming soon” under a character, it doesn’t necessarily mean I have requests for them, it could just also mean that I plan to write for them in the future! anyways, I hope I did this request justice<3

You and your girlfriend, Kie, were settled upon a log at the annual bonfire, somewhat isolated from the rest of the crowd. She was sitting upright with her legs crossed in front of her, while you were laying down with your head in her lap. By now, you had practically tuned out the loud voices of the other intoxicated teens at the party.

You kept blinking slowly in utter content and relaxation as Kie’s fingers ran through your hair. Looking up at her, you admired the way the fire perfectly illuminated her olive skin. She was truly flawless.

She gently grabbed your hand, rubbing her thumb over the back of it a few times before interlocking her fingers with your own. She then brought your hand up to her lips and pressed a soft kiss to the skin, her other hand still playing with your hair. Your eyes moved from your interlocked hands to Kie’s brown eyes, the both of you grinning at each other for a second before giggling softly.

“You’re touchy today,” you joked lightheartedly, a smile still prominent on your face.

She hummed, her fingers moving from your hair to your cheek. “Just happy you’re here with me. We’ve had a lot of shit thrown at us lately and I honestly don’t know what the fuck I’d do without you,” she chuckled, occasionally looking up at the starry, night sky as she spoke. “Now, after everything that’s happened in the past few days, it’s like I never want to be away from you. Plus, I like the way your hand fits in mine.”

Your heart melted as you took in everything she said, letting out a soft laugh at the last part. Your lips were curled into a close-mouthed smile as you stared up at her lovingly.

You truly believed this girl was the love of your life.

Now, it was your turn to stroke the back of her hand with your thumb. “I love you so much, Kie.”

She smiled, bending her head down so she could press her lips to yours. You kissed each other lovingly for a moment, the stars in the sky a witness to your love, before you both pulled away with butterflies in your stomachs.

Her thumb stroked your cheek as she uttered, “I love you, too.”
