stayed up until 6am yesterday, just crying honestly

i was watching reels on instagram and i saw something so relatable that i js cried

i liked ONE video and after that i saw more of that same depressing stuff so i just cried more and more

i cried for one hour while my mom was asleep, i js felt so pathetic

yeah, so, i had a widdle breakdown

figure skating struggles

okay, so im a beginner figure skater

im supposed to do this thing

i guess ill draw smth to show idkk

okay, so im supposed to go around a circle, the circle is black, my left foot is on the line of the circle, and my right foot is doing that swirl thing on the side to kind of push me around it.

im supposed to "hug the circle" and look behind me while i steer backwards (like when youre driving so you see where youre going)

but i can barely do that but i cant afford to not be able to do it cause my teachers are russian.... (no offense to russians but my teachers are SO strict, my friends mom is the owner of the club and made my friend go ice skating even when she like pulled a muscle in her foot i think)

anyway

heres the position im supposed to be in (hug the circle, look behind you, go backwards, do bubbles with the foot that isnt on the circle)

heres how my skates are supposed to be positioned when i start

someone please help me and give me tips, im genuinely scared my teacher will get even more frustrated at me

figure skatin

im back from my first figure skating lesson, and... y'all.....

my knees hurt and so does my head, but OH MY GOD i LOVED IT

theres not much too it, i loved it and thats it i guess. so i get to do something i enjoy and choose to do and i also get to be with my friend who introduced me to her other friends so i get even more friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i love my life rn, i finally found a hobby that isnt something i can sit around to do (drawing/playing games and such..)

HER MOM SAID I COULD GET A DISCOUNT (her parents r the owners of the ice skating club) CAUSE IM HER DAUGHTERS FRIEND AND I WAS ALSO POLITE (I DIDNT KNOW YOU COULD GET DISCOUNTS FOR BEING POLITE, HELP?????)

this what me n my friend r gonna look like in 1 yr (i cant even skate backwards). i actually love this cause we both like ice skating, shes blonde and i have dark brown hair :))))
