I think I’ve posted all the art I’m comfortable with or think worths showing, so any art besides a few I’ve already posted will be new. That most likely means that posting will definitely slow down because I’m busy getting my ass beat by college, so the last post I’ll do until then is this little doodle I did back in 2018.

Process of making Jack against the Redstone Monstrosity.

This was a few days before my friends birthday and I really wanted to finish before then so it’s a bit rushed, I wish I added more light to certain areas or something to make everything feel more visible and less cluttered. Overall though I like how the Redstone Monstrosity turned out and how I redesigned him from his original Minecraft Dungeons look, he said he also used it as his wallpaper afterwards so at least he liked it!

What I feel is one of my greatest milestones for finding the art style I wanted, while also pushing through my past limitations on how I could draw on digital.

A drawing I did for a video that doesn’t exist anymore. I like the colors but the poses used could’ve been made better and so it doesn’t feel stiff.

This is basically the finished character design for my oc, Shā as of now. This was just meant to be a quick reference sheet for one of my friends so it’s pretty rushed, but it’s fine.

(Only new changes are that his gloves are cut off to where half of his fingers show, and I’m still trying to decide the height of the Spade, probably about his height.

I honestly forgot I made this, it was apparently back in 2022 when I was REALLY struggling what I wanted for character designs. As you can see one of them is literally just a character from Naruto because that was one of my friend’s skin at the time and I regret not trying to just making something original, but it is what it is. Anywho, the overall drawing (despite the character designs) I really like and I feel really shows my experimentative phase of how I wanted to use colors.

People seemed to like the little apex poster thing I did, so I figured I’d show when I first started with this. I thought it looked really cool at the time and was the reason I kept going with it.

I’m pretty sure this was somewhere in early 2020 if I’m not mistaken, this is when I was obsessed with Little Nightmares and the second game was coming out. Honestly I think this could work better if I were to ever go over it with colored pencils to blend everything.

This was one of my most ambitious drawings that I did a long time ago and never finished. Basically me and a friend that I’ve known for over half of my life met on Little Big Planet 3 randomly one day and knew each other since for almost a decade now, the anniversary for the 9th year I think was coming up so I started working on this a week prior. Basically I drew almost every game I could think of that we both played together over the years and tried drawing both characters on separate sides (my side being the right, his being the left) along with a background image that correlates with said character from that game. I ended up never finishing it and might redraw one day in the future since I like the premise. If you notice for some of the poses I took heavy inspiration from other artists like Spider-Man and Tom and jerry and others for the sake of time, of course I still drew the pose myself and not every one there is like that but I just wanted to acknowledge it’s not entirely original, which I’d probably fix if I redrew it. Overall, this is something that was pretty stressful but fun to work on because of the limited time I had, while also needing to find strategies to get it finished quickly before the deadline.

(Oh yeah to avoid any misconceptions, in the video you can see me draw over some papers for poses. Those are what I drew in class prior to coming back home that day so I already knew what I wanted when I got back to draw it digitally)

This was my first go at making the final suit I wanted for my oc Shā, a friend helped me out in coming up what to do with certain parts and what I wanna go for. This was before I had a drawing tablet or really did digital art so I did it traditionally at first, then went on a drawing app on my phone so I can pick, choose, and swap the colors I wanted for the suit at the time.

This is the first time I drew a design I really liked for my main oc. He’s been through the works for years and I’ve gone throw many shitty and flawed designs with him but when I drew this back in 2022 I felt like I finally had something I liked. Since this I’ve already made a few changes but this was the true blueprint of how I wanted this character to look, armor but the middle section looking like something that can let the character stretch and be flexible and acrobatic. A weapon that can damage others but also simply contain and neutralize when necessary. He’s gone through a few names before but that one I’m sticking with for now is Shā, in Chinese this means sand and is a tribute to my passed away dog named Sandy who was my best friend. I’ll eventually think up of a good explanation for this name down the line, or hell if anyone actually read all of this can give me ideas about it if they want, posts after this might start slowing down a bit because I was mainly just posting what I’ve already had, besides that thank you for reading all of this I appreciate it.
