Anon here again! According the comment, "食らう Kurau" sounds nice. If you pronounce the word, it sounds like "Kau"! Hanzo says "Ryu ga waga teki wo kurau" as his ult, which means dragons eat (devour) my enemies. Japanese is sooo complicated (;_;)

Also, the chapter titles might also be in Japanese, but they are themed so I’m not sure yet, but I will definitely be asking again if they are. :D

To help your question about Japanese translation, "狼が貪る" sounds more similar to the title. "貪るmusaboru " means "eat greedily" ; it's still a literal translation, but sounds natural to native speakers (me!) Also you could use"狼" instead of オオカミ. It makes the title edgy :)

I got “ookami ga musaboru” for the Latin alphabet translation (because most online programs written and programmed in English translate Latin alphabet better, who knew? /sarcasm), which is still what you have. Of course, the translation of Kanji to something else is a bit rough.

Another person near fluent in Japanese replied with “Ōkami Ga Kau”, which is pretty close.

As someone who doesn’t really know Japanese, I’d again appreciate if anyone can tell me which one is better?

I went to translation to find it in Katakana and that led me to further translation, so I got it down to “Wolf Consumes”, or オオカミが消費する, which is Ōkami ga shōhi suru.

But seriously, if anyone else has anything to add, or if we might be missing the mark, I really appreciate it!

McHanzo help

So I am by no means fluent in Japanese, nor am I sure how to go about translations. Essentially, I need help.

I want to name my fic for McHanzo “The Wolf Devours”, but the closest translation I could get is Ōkami no mure ( オオカミの群れ ), but obviously it simply refers to a “group of wolves” and not the closest literal translation.

If there’s any peeps out there who can help I’d really appreciate it. x.x I want to make sure this is perfect before I go ahead with the naming scheme and get it horribly wrong.
