Some people feel guilty when they ask for comfort, support or help - becauseΒ β€œother people need it more”.Β 
That would imply that there’s only a short supply of support available in this world, that it is a non-renewable resource. That we are at risk of running out of that resource, so that we can only choose between competing for that little bit of support or selflessly stepping back, so the other person may survive.Β 
Luckily, that’s not how it works. It’s not like there’s a definitive amount of support and once that’s used up, it’s over. If you get the support you need and the person next to you gets the support they need, the amount of support in the world isn’t decreasing - it’s increasing!Β 
You don’tΒ β€œtake away” or β€œsteal” support from someone else.Β

2019 workout routine :)
{DISCLAIMER: i work out to gain muscle, NOT to lose weight. everyones bodies are beautiful, i am just trying to make myself a bit stronger!}
- 200 squats
- 100 crunches {50 straight, 25 each side}
- 200 fire hydrants {100 each side}
- 100 lunges {50 each side}
- 100 mountain climbers
- 2 min plank {gonna add time each week}
- aaaaaannnnnndddddd a really good, long stretch :)
- {optional} sometimes on the weekends i go on a run around my neighborhood {if you are gonna do this make sure to BE SAFE!}
i try to workout every day after school, i might document my progress on here. if anyone wants to use my workout feel free! {ANOTHER DISCLAIMER: these amounts are set for me personally, change them to what you can handle if you decide to use them!} ✨✨
