Canadian Grindr users on the 2021 federal election

On August 15 2021, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau requested a snap election, and on 20 September, Canada will elect its 44th Parliament. I’ve polled Grindr in the United Kingdom and the United States on a number of previous occasions. This time, I asked 2,373 Grindr users in Canada who they’re supporting in this year’s federal election.

New York Grindr users on the 2021 mayoral election

On November 2, New York City will elect its next mayor. Prior to that, on June 22, Democratic and Republican primaries will be held to select their candidates for the election. I’ve polled Grindr on a number of previous occasions (including the United States’ 2016 and 2020 presidential elections). This time – 4 months in advance of the actual mayoral election, but just a few days before the primaries substantially narrow the field – I asked 1,414 NYC Grindr users who they want as mayor.

On 6 May 2021, Senedd Cymru – the Welsh Parliament – will hold its sixth election (and first since it was renamed from “National Assembly for Wales”). I’ve polled Welsh Grindr users once before, on the 2015 UK general election. (I’ve also polled Scotland on 6 occasions – on independence in 2014, Brexit in 2016, the European election of 2019, and the general elections of 2015, 2017, and 2019; London twice – on the general elections of 2017 and 2019; and the United States twice – on the presidential elections of 2016 and 2020.) This time, I asked 816 Grindr users across Wales who they want to represent them in the Senedd.

On 23 May 2019, member states of the European Union will elect MEPs to the European Parliament. Despite its best efforts, the United Kingdom is still an EU member state, and will be participating.

I’ve previously polled Grindr users on Brexit, Scottish independence, the 2016 US election, the 2015 UK general election in Scotland and in Wales, and the 2017 election in Scotland and in England. This time, I asked 1,024 Grindr users across the Central Belt of Scotland, in and around Edinburgh and Glasgow, who they’re supporting in this year’s European election.
