Can we normalize hating a character even if it's a "complex one"? I don't hate them because "you clearly don't understand its values and its character". Because plot twist: I do,and that's still not an excuse for what they did or how they acted. I just hate them because I don't like them. I can still understand a character and still hate them or dislike them for what they did.
