I hate - Passenger

'So if you agree, come hating with me and sing along' Hearing the crowd sing along the chorus, lalalalalala, is amazing; Just a great counter point to the cynical and powerful, somewhat negative lyrics. It gives the song an amazing energy.

Seeing him throw himself completely in the song also contributes to the great atmosphere. I also love his interaction with the crowd.

His smile at the sentence 'I hate the X-factor' says more than the words do.

At 4.40, you really see how the verse affects him emotionally. And I love that verse, and I think he is so right. His approving nod at 4.47? Love it!

Conclusion, I don't hate you, Mike Rosenberg, I love you & I will come and hate with you if you sing me some more lalalala's. Love.

I Hate - Passenger

Okay, this song just deserved to be on here with it's complete lyrics, because the lyrics are so powerful and cynical. Passenger is not afraid to let his thoughts out through his music and to not be defined by 'the norm'. I think that's a great human quality.

I definitely think you should watch him perform the song too, it brings so much more to the lyrics to see his expressions and his passion.

@Milow - In memory of what happened exactly one year ago

"They say, everything has its reason, today I have my doubts"

Wow, time flies, doesn't it?  Already a year has passed since the bus crash in Sierre, Switzerland. 22 Belgian children and 6 accompanying adults were killed in this terrible accident on their way back to Belgium after having had the time of their lives on a fun-filled week of skying the Swiss mountains.

I hope that their memories forever live on and I wish strength for their parents, families and friends. And strength for the children who survived. May their spirits be free of guilt and filled with hope.
