Trump got absolutely dumpstered in court in the last few days.
His and Elon's program to pay people to retire early has been halted by a temporary restraining order issued by District Judge George A. O’Toole Jr. of the US District Court, District of Massachusetts in American Federation of Government Employees et al v. Charles Ezell (acting Acting Director of the Office of Personnel Management). This temporary order only lasts until they have a hearing on Monday to determine whether this program is constitutional.
13 state attorneys general sued to prevent Elon from accessing personal data about government employees and citizen clients of their agencies, leading to Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in the case Alliance for Retired Americans v. Scott Bessent (Trump's Secretary of the Treasury) ordering the Department of Justice to ensure no unauthorized persons, including Elon and his team, have access to the Labor Department's database of information on tax filings, employment, and the like.
Two separate judges have ruled that Trump's executive order trying to eliminate birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment is unconstitutional. U.S. District Judge John Coughenour of the western Washington district, a REAGAN appointee (!), said, "It has become ever more apparent that to our president the rule of law is but an impediment to his policy goals. The rule of law is, according to him, something to navigate around or simply ignore, whether that be for political or personal gain." The other judge, US District Judge Deborah Boardman of Maryland, ruled that the executive order cannot be implemented until she has had a chance to rule on the merits of the case.
US District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth in DC paused Trump’s restrictions on transgender women being incarcerated in women’s prisons and federal prisons providing gender-affirming medical treatment, after inmates (!) sued to block the policy.
US District Judge Loren L. Alikhan of DC broadly blocked the Trump administration’s memo halting almost all federal assistance.
That's six rulings scrapping five of Trump's major policy operations in the past four days (Feb 3rd through the 6th, 2025).
That's news worth celebrating!

THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT IS DOXXING FEDERAL WORKERS:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
There are TWO ‘target’ lists out for the whole PUBLIC to see. I’m saying this so more people can have eyes on this information to make sure the people on these hit lists don’t DISAPPEAR. It is NOT an exaggeration to say that the government is trying to get these people killed.
Why? Because their job title had some word like ‘diversity’ in it (obsessively anti-DEI is the propaganda rn) or because they donated to a democrat…

“If he said he was gonna do that, I wouldn’t have voted for him”
HE DID!!! HES BEEN SAYING THOSE THINGS FOR YEARS!! PROJECT 2025 WAS EVEN MADE PUBLIC FOR PEOPLE TO READ! But you never fucking listened, and if you did hear the news, you chose to ignore it. “I do my own research” YOU DON’T DO RESEARCH. It’s like you just stuck your fingers in your ears, closed your eyes, and shouted “LA LA LA LA” until you felt no problems were directly affecting you anymore! If you’re a Trump supporter, you support rape, misogyny, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, ableism, capitalism, and a whole slew of things I didn’t name. If you didn’t vote for Harris or even at all, you are part of the ever growing problem that is the American republic turned fascist.
I hope your “cheaper eggs” are worth it.

I'm constantly impressed at people's ability to stretch anything to fit an acronym, but it's extremely impressive how well that fits.

To quote my mother, who grew up under a dictator:
"Dictatorships are born in whispers."
Pay attention to every bill or executive order. Don't ask how it'll benefit the country. Ask how it'll benefit the one trying to get it passed. You'll start noticing the whispers.
To those who say, "Stop reading between the lines." No. Always read between the lines. Never take a politician at face value. This goes for all politicians regardless of party.
Look at their history, listen to their words, and ask yourself, "How is this benefiting them?"

If it wasn't a Nazi salute, don't you think he'd say something? Like why let half of the country believe you're a Nazi if you're not one? Wouldn't you wanna clear that up? Unless... you're okay with being perceived as a Nazi. And for me, that's enough to make you a Nazi.
