I had fallen from a story book, and from what I know, I am very far from home. I feel so lost and confused, I don't know who I am or even what I am. I'd love to make friends, so I won't be so lonely here in this strange place. //Independent SFW RP Blog for Storybook!Spain M!A: N/A|Relationship Status: (AU) Courting Kirklandrps|Accepting new threads!

Antonio was off to travel to the next town, finding the current one boring already. He liked switching from kingdom to kingdom because here in a fantasy world, all storybook worlds are connected as one and every kingdom has some sort of story that someone had wrote or is still being written. Plus that made Antonio's bandit endeavors much more exciting.
He didn't know which town, or village, or kingdom he was even going to arrive in, but that made it more thrilling right? Who knew what trouble he could get himself into!
The first 10 minutes that Antonio had walked, he knew Arthur was trying his best to follow him. A small smirk made its way onto his face. But after a while, Antonio didn't feel the vampire's presence anymore and that sort of made him worry. He just hoped that the other hadn't gotten into any trouble.
Antonio furrowed his brows, a sour expression on his face. He was getting attached already. Goodness, what these outsiders did to him. Antonio only found himself ever interested in outsiders. It was a rare occurrence to meet one plus they made everything exciting and dangerous- just how the Spaniard liked it. And this Arthur boy was quite the character. But then again, something was ought to happen to the Englishman. He would either somehow return to where he came from or die- and Antonio wasn't really going to let the other die. He wasn't that cruel.
Antonio looked around, hoping that he would see a flash of blonde somewhere. Not finding anything, he frowned and continued on his way.
Antonio was far more better than that! How could he let his adorable little companion die so soon? There was so much to look forward to!… Well, if the other was planning to stay, of course. He chuckled to himself, shaking his head as he adjusted his long cloak to hide his figure more. Antonio never liked giving others a good look at him, he preferred to stay as a shadowed passerby.
If someone ever saw how he clearly looked, there was a chance they could turn him in or he was a nightmare/dream that would never leave your mind- stories and fictional characters did that to you sometimes. He wasn’t taking any chance on being a memory to anyone except those he became close with, and even then he didn’t try that.
"Is that so?" Antonio replied, his voice low. He chuckled. "I guess you’re right." He eyed Arthur for a moment, taking in the others features. It was obvious to Antonio that the Englishman wasn’t a normal human being like others, and now that he had a better look at the other, he could easily tell he was a vampire. It wasn’t something in his right mind to point out though. Sighing, Antonio heaved his sack over his shoulder before turning to Arthur.
"I’ll be leaving now," he said. It wasn’t a gentleman of him to push Arthur to come along with him. The other had said he could manage himself right? Antonio chuckled to himself remembering the situation that had just happened. Yeah, right. "I have places to be, people to meet, things to steal. Now, if you need me, just follow el sol Arturo. I’ll always be heading towards my father." Oh Antonio, mysterious as always. As if to emphasize his point, the Spaniard pointed towards the crisp storybook sun before slipping away into the shadows and making his escape. He wasn’t going to go too far. He could tell the other was going to be looking for him at some point.
"Don’t forget to stay in the shadows amigo!"

Antonio rolled his eyes, quickly grabbing the others hand and pulling him  to the opposite edge of the building. Looking down, he noticed how high the building was. A wicked grin graced his face as he quickly wrapped his arm tightly around Arthur's waist and jumped over the large gap to the building across without warning.
His feet landed on the very edge, making him lose balance for a moment before regaining it just as quickly and beginning to run again, knowing that the other would follow if he wanted to save his own life. Biting his lip, he skidded down the roof of the tall building and easily landed on a crate of boxes. He took hold of a nearby rope and swung to the alleyways below. Once he knew the Englishman was by his side, he began to run, an exhilarated grin on his face.
"So you know some Spanish, huh?" he asked over his shoulder, wanting to make some conversation. "How would you know I wasn't saying that those guards looked hot in their uniforms?" Antonio laughed a bit before skidding to a halt in the shadows. "What a run! Wasn't that fun?"
The guards grinned smugly at each other as they began to corner Arthur. Seeing his eyes though, they were only slightly on edge, but they had to do their jobs- and this was wasn’t reality, it wasn’t like this was the first time they’ve seen odd things around here.
Antonio facepalmed at Arthur’s situation. Why did he always end up having to do the saving? It was getting tiring having to be the hero all the time- he was a bandit after all (albeit he didn’t really want to be the bad guy). For once, Antonio actually wanted someone to save his ass for once. He looked around in panic, looking for someway to reach the Englishman.
The guards cornered Arthur, swords raised at the ready. You’re coming with us outsider-“
"Excuse me!" Antonio yelled. "Out of my way, hero coming through!" The Spaniard swooped in on a long cloth that he had found, his strong arms quickly scooping Arthur up in his arm before landing on top of a nearby building. He smirked as he looked down, seeing the confused and flabbergasted expressions of the royal guards.

Antonio narrowed his eyes. “Well, alright!” he snapped. “Your choice. I was just tryin’ to help ya out but it seems you’ll be able to handle yourself. Suit yourself tough guy. Now if you no longer need me around, I’ll be on my way.”
With that, the Spaniard left.
… Of course he didn’t. Antonio jumped the balconies, reaching the top of a nearby building before looking back down at the alleyway where Arthur stood. He wasn’t just going to let this guy go. Antonio knows what happens around here, and it wasn’t really all like Arthur thought it was. Outsiders die easily. It was simple as that. It was all because they don’t belong here. It was the characters in a story that were immortal (only if it isn’t written for them to die).
Antonio was a good guy despite being an outlaw. He didn’t want to be hurting anyone and didn’t want anyone hurt. He was going to watch over Arthur whether the Englishman liked it or not and the Spaniard would simply swoop in to help if he ever needed it. God, why did outsiders have to be so much work?

Hearing the sudden yelling, Antonio's eyes widened seeing the guards begin to chase after the Englishman. "Oh, for fuck's sake!" Antonio snapped, jumping up from his seat on top of one of the nearby buildings and beginning to run as well, jumping from building to building as he kept up with Arthur's pace. This is why the guy needed his help! It isn't as simple as Arthur thinks it is when it comes to outrunning guards.
"You there, stop!" one of the guards yelled, their swords and other medieval weapons at the ready. Antonio watched closely as the guards began catching up to Arthur. Oh God. This isn't good. Antonio looked closely at the running outsider, taking in his form and expression. The blonde seemed tired, but he still kept running.
"Wrong idea, amigo," Antonio whispered. His head slowly moving down to the sword hidden in his cloak. He wasn't going to jump in right away- Antonio promised himself he would only help out if Arthur needed it.

Antonio eyed the Englishman warily, his arms crossed. He never enjoyed getting involved with outsiders. Antonio always had to be the good guy because he was too soft and ended up helping them out and taking them along with him on his journeys. Antonio always ended up getting too close to them. They either ended up dead or one day he would wake up or turn around and they would be gone. His only theories on why they disappeared was either they were kidnapped in a blink of an eye or they had returned back to reality- it really was all unknown to him.
He rolled his eyes. “Well, excuse me princess but I can’t always be the politest man on earth. I’m just taking my precautions, alright?” Pushing himself off the wall he dusted his cloak off before gazing at the Englishman with hazy eyes as he listened to his introduction and explanation.
"Well," he began, "isn’t that just wonderful? Looks like you’re stuck with me. I can’t let you wander around here alone like that. You’ll die." Sighing, he cracked his neck a bit before stretching a bit more and glancing at him. "I’ll tell you honestly I don’t know how you’ll get outta here. You’ll either escape at some point or you’ll die. Most outsiders have died but I’ll try my best to help out for your sake."
"Just don’t slow me down," he muttered, although it was barely audible. "I don’t wanna be disappointed to find out I’m all alone again."

Antonio gazed at the man, raising a brow a bit at his appearance. Well, at least it seemed that the Spaniard wasn't the only one all scratched up and bruised- but, that's not what he should be thinking about at the moment. "The name's... Antonio..." he replied slowly, his low baritone voice sounding a bit unsure. What happened to this guy?
"Are... you alright?" he inquired. "You seem pretty scratched up there, señor. I'm not one to boss you around or anything, I mean you're a grown man after all, but I think you should go and get those fixed up."

Someones Has Entered My Fairytale...
bloccato-in-un-incubo
Antonio looked around, a troubled look on his achromatic face. He was completely lost. Reality is a confusing place for the Spaniard knowing not a single thing about it. He hoped to find someone friendly enough to help him out to a library or at least one or two books- but no one around here was like that, for they were too frightened of his appearance. It wasn't his fault he was like this.
Finally, Antonio ended up by a large field. He figured it was one of those 'parks' he had seen around here. Spotting a man close by, he smiled a bit thinking that he seemed friendly enough and approached him. The Spaniard was wary though, because who knew? Maybe this guy might end up hurting him out of fright or hatred.

Antonio raised a brow. So this guy really wasn't from here after all. Go figure. "I figured you would've known that," Antonio scoffed. "You don't belong here, and you're in quite the predicament mi amigo." Antonio sighed, leaning against a nearby wall in the back alleyway where they currently stood. "You're in a storybook. It's a whole different dimension."
A bored expression played on the Spaniard's face. "I'm guessing by your appearance and you're low knowledge of your surroundings that you're obviously not from this world. You're an outsider aren't you? How did you get here? Who are you?"
Antonio was worried. Whenever it came to outsiders (although they were rare), it usually meant trouble. Only once had an outsider actually befriend the Spaniard, but that was long ago.

"Well, if that's all then I'll just be on my wa-..." Antonio's eyes narrowed. This man didn't belong here. This man was in color which very much stood out from the achromatic fantasy world they were currently in. "Where do you come from?" Antonio asked warily.
