I never really understood Twitter but is this like a Twitter rip off??
It absolutely is nearly 1 for 1 and I also never understood Twitter
My reason for joining are the fact that it’s still comparatively a small platform so I have a chance to learn it this time instead of trying to enter Twitter and being bombarded with the cesspool that’s over there.
There are no ads (yet)
There are mass block lists for any bigots, AI users, M*GA, etc that you can click one button and nuke them from existence on your feed and it’s an actual block which Twitter doesn’t have anymore
And also I’m going to start marketing myself in the TTRPG world and for as much as I adore tumblr it’s my little safe space I have to be honest and understand that if I’m connecting with people in the field chances are they do not have tumblr they will have likely Bluesky/Twitter and I know many of them are migrating

i was strawberry shortcake for a bar/club crawl a few weekends ago which was fun.
