I feel like a couple days ago I wasn’t looking too good, and I sure as hell wasn’t feeling good at all. Now being here next to my sister and nephew. I feel so calm and peaceful. I’m really considering moving from NYC, and it’s so insane to even think because it’s the only home I’ve ever known. People dream of living in a city like that and I’m willing to just leave? All my friends and communities I’ve rooted myself in?

Idk tbh. But I am happier here. I love my family and I’m so grateful to have them and be able to visit rn.

I will never understand how other Americans can just sit down as the Trump administration tries to take away the rights this countries foundation was built on.

Freedom of speech, the right to due process, the right to services provided by the government!

You want so badly to be making more money, and in our CAPATALIST society you turn to the government for taking too much in taxes that you benefit from. NOT the corporations that make hundreds of millions in profit, without ever distributing bonuses or pay raises to the working class employees that make those record profits possible.

All in the same breath, they are desensitizing your humanity. Please remember that we are all human. You should feel bad when ANYONE gets hurt, that’s called empathy. Be mindful of your words and surroundings, and move with intention!

Flying today was definitely anxiety provoking. Though looking out the window and seeing the lake half covered in ice was just too beautiful.

Heading over to the airport really gives me so much anxiety. Nervous that I’ll miss my flight. Having to overcome all of the obstacles I’ll face with over stimulation and just standing on the line til I can get inside the airport. Ugh. And there’s so much traffic heading there and my flight starts boarding at 12:30pm. I also had ALOT of things I had to do this morning. It was also nothing crazy at all, but I’m so damn neurotic that I was freaking the fuck out because I felt like I never have a support system that relieves me of any stressors. Idk what my expectations are, and idk why I’m acting this way. I think I might also be hungry and tired. I just wanna see my nephews

Going to visit my sister tomorrow and see my nephew and I couldn’t be happier. Also I met up with an old friend today and I didn’t know if it was a date or not but the night was soooo fun. I over shared and I didn’t know when to shut up at some points. Ahhhh. I am maybe overthinking it? Idk. She is such an awesome girl tho, idk. That’s probably why I’m overthinking it so much hahahahaha.

Went to a cafe to get some work done earlier, and the day ended in the worst way. As I get older, I really wonder if life will ever get easier?

Or maybe life is just easier when you have people who support you in the ways you need. Sometimes I struggle with if being a part of a family is a blessing or a curse.

Llamachick is having an unfortunately hard day, and feeling very under appreciated. Does the desire for recognition ever subside, or is it a pain I should make myself familiar with?
