What I Eat in a Day

12/12/24

- no calorie counting

- trying to eat less

- NO PICTURES ARE MINE

Before Breakfast:

always a TON of water and green tea with lemon and honey.

Breakfast:

Peppermint perfection chobani flip (my holy grail)

Lunch:

The cookies and cream quest bar, specifically the crispy one because I cannot stand the texture of the normal ones.

Snack:

A single piece of toast with biscoff spread (my arch enemy but it tastes so good) and vanilla tea

I know the picture has two pieces but it isn’t mine and the closest I could find

Dinner:

Coke Zero and a chicken ceaser salad
