How to properlly clean Bottles and Sippy Cups
Properlly cleaning your bottles and sippies is very important so no mold or other bad things grow in them!
In the Dishwasher:
You can wash some bottles and sippy cups in the dishwasher, but make sure to check first! It should be written on the packaging! Dishwashing can change the texture of the nipple tough, so you might still want to handwash it
Make sure to take your bottle or sippy cup completly apart and rinse it out before putting it in the dishwasher, then you can run the dishwasher like normal. Make sure to not let them sit in the dishwasher for too long! Afterwards let the seperate parts dry completly before reassembelling, they might still be wet fresh out of the dishwasher. I like to store my bottles with the lids not fully screwed on so if there is any moisture left, it can escape
Handwashing:
Handwashing is quicker so you can use your bottle or sippy cup faster again! But you still have to be carefull to wash them really well as soon as possible after using!
Take your bottle or sippy apart and rinse all the pieces with warm water. Be carefull to not burn your fingers! Then scrub everything very well with dish soap and a sponge or dishwashing brush. Make sure there are lot‘s of bubbles! Then rinse off all the soap and let all the parts dry very well before reassembeling

Things to Do with Plushies that aren’t Traditional Pretend Play
If you regress/dream to an older age range, you might not play pretend as often, if at all. That said, there’s no reason why you still can’t enjoy your plushies’ company.
Cuddle them as you go to sleep. This one is pretty obvious, but I think it deserves a place on this list.
Make them little Kandi collars with their name in letter beads. You can make a matching bracelet or necklace for yourself too!
On that note, sew clothes for them and dress them up. This one might require some supervision because of the pins and needles, but it’s usually worth it.
Set them up so that they look like they’re doing the same activity as you are. (Putting a controller in front of them if you’re gaming, pretending to feed them bits of your meal, setting them up in front of the TV so they can enjoy the programs with you, etc) This one veers into pretend play, but it’s not as involved so I figured I’d include it.
Put them into your purse/backpack/bag so they can keep you company on your errands or other trips you take.
Set them up in nature or around the house and take photos of them. You can even scrapbook with the photos.
If they are sturdy enough, give them a bubble bath and then either stick them in a pillowcase and put it in the dryer, or air dry them in the sun. This is good for bonding with them, and general maintenance to keep them clean.
Write about them. You can make little character profiles for them, or even full stories! This is good if you have a hard time playing pretend but you still want to feature them in imaginative contexts.
Draw/paint pictures of them and hang them on your wall!
Finally, if this is something you’re up for, set up a side blog for your favorite plushie and document their life online. Make blog posts from their perspective, have them take “selfies” etc!

⭐️ CALMING DOWN WHILE TINY ⭐️
sometimes when you're small, big feelings can still bubble up and overwhelm you, and that's okay!! if you've cried for a long time or felt nervous and scared, or were really angry, here's some ideas to calm down again <3
♡ gently wash your face with a washcloth - (luke)warm water if you've cried, cool water if you're anxious/angry
♡ drink at least a cup of water - if you don't like water, juice works too!! but maybe don't drink soda / energy drinks
♡ if there's an object connected to your bad feelings (including your phone), take it to another room
♡ take ten big breaths. i know it feels silly, but it helps!!
♡ give yourself a hug - if you feel like you can't, hug a stuffie or a pillow
♡ distract yourself: play something you like, listen to an audio book, draw...
♡ eat a snack
♡ remember that you're loved and that those feelings are okay. they do not make you less.
