♡ Natural Beauty ♡
Believe it or not, everyone has their own natural beauty—it’s just about discovering it! That’s why I’m excited to share my guide to embracing your natural beauty. The best part? It’s super low-budget! All you really need is a little determination and a willingness to try...
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚ 。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚
1. Uniqueness & accaptance
The first step to becoming a natural beauty is accepting your uniqueness. In today’s world, many people turn to cosmetic procedures to change or enhance their appearance. But here’s the truth: your face and body are already uniquely beautiful. What truly matters is learning how to embrace and highlight your natural features to let your beauty shine.
♡ Recognize Your Unique Beauty.
List the things you love about yourself. I know this might be hard so also write down the things you get complimented on.
♡ Stop comparing yourself to others.
Comparison is the thief of joy and often prevents us from appreciating our own beauty. Limit time on social media if it makes you feel insecure.
Remind yourself that beauty comes in countless forms—there’s no single standard to follow.
♡ Practice Gratitude for Your Body.
Your body does incredible things every day; appreciating it fosters self-love.
Spend a few minutes daily admiring yourself in the mirror without judgment—focus on your favorite features.
♡ Accept Imperfections.
Nobody is born perfect and those things you see as imperfect can be the thing that makes you unique and stand out. You also dont have to love everything about yourself. If you can accept the things that you don't like it's okay. It is also okay to accept that something is imperfect while wanting to improve said thing.

2. Skincare ~ simple and natural
Scroll through social media, and you’ll see it—wild, over-the-top skincare routines that cost a fortune and eat up your time. Who has the time (or money) for that? I sure don’t! And let’s be honest, half the time they don’t even work, or the results don’t last. So, here are my tips that actually work—and stick around for the long run!
♡ Glow from the inside out.
Gotcha! You probably thought I’d dive straight into product recommendations (don’t worry, I will later!), but the first step is actually glowing from the inside out. Yep, you are what you eat (and drink)! Plus, getting good rest and managing stress will show on the outside too. It’s cliché, but it’s true—how you treat yourself reflects in your glow!
♡♡ Healthy meals and drinking water
Like I said, you are what you eat and drink! Focus on eating mostly clean and drinking plenty of water throughout the day. For top results, stick to water and mix in some tea here and there. I know, it’s not always the most exciting, but hey, it’s okay to indulge in your cravings every now and then—just keep it all about balance! Figure out what foods and drinks make your skin react in a certain way so its up to you to eat or drink it.
♡♡ Workout / Go for walks
Besides eating well, moving your body—whether through workouts or walks—does wonders for clear, radiant skin. Plus, it helps relieve stress and gets you to sleep on time, which is a huge win for your skin too! Find an activity you enjoy and get moving—it’s a fun way to boost your glow and rest easy!
♡♡ Reduce stress & Sleep on time
Stress and lack of sleep are the true skin villains! So, find ways to chill out—whether it’s journaling or taking a walk. And don’t forget, good sleep is a must for glowing skin, so make sure you’re getting enough of it!
♡ Dermatologist
This step isn’t essential and could cost you a bit (depending on where you’re from), but if you really want to optimize your skincare, consider visiting a dermatologist to find out your skin type. Knowing your skin type helps you identify triggers and figure out any extra care it might need.
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚ 。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚
3. Nature's products
As promised, here are some products and tips to level up your skincare! I’ll also give you an idea of the costs, but keep in mind, prices can vary depending on where you’re located. All of these products are natural, so you’ll know exactly what’s in them—and they’re safe unless you’re allergic. In that case, I’d suggest skipping it!
♡ Cleanse gently
Here’s a big shocker: you don’t need an expensive cleanser! Clean water works just fine. Make sure to wash your face at least twice a day—once in the morning and once before bed. And when drying your face, use a clean towel or, if you’re feeling adventurous, let it air dry (though I’m not sure why you’d want to, but hey, you do you)!
♡♡ Oats Cleanser
To kick things off, this option might cost you a little, but not more than $3.35! All you need are ground oats and water. Mix them together, and voilà—you’ve got yourself a gentle exfoliating cleanser. Simple, natural, and super affordable!
♡ Exfoliate
Now this step might depend on your skintype. I myself have very dry skin so i rarely do this. But if you want a natural easy exfoliater here you go!
♡♡ Sugar and olive oil
Mix equal parts for a hydrating scrub. Olive oil on its own is also a very good moisturizer. Now the olive oil might be expensive. A basic bottle of olive oil costs around $5 to $10 for 16-32 oz. For the exfoliater you could also use vegtable oil or yogurt if that is less expensive.
♡♡ loofah plant
This one might sound a bit odd, but you can make it as expensive as you want—how about growing your own loofah plant? Loofah seeds typically cost around **$2 to $5**, which isn’t too bad, but it will take some time and effort to grow. However, in the long run, you'll end up with plenty of loofahs to keep you going! So, it's a fun (and sustainable) investment if you’ve got the patience! Or you could by a organic loofah online.
♡ Blackseed oil
This is probably the priciest item on the list, ranging from $10 to $25, but it's totally worth it. Black seed oil fights acne, reduces dark spots, and has powerful antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It also helps your skin regenerate and stay youthful. You can take a teaspoon daily (which benefits your skin from the inside too) or apply it directly to your face. Fair warning: the taste isn’t great, but you can find gummy versions if you prefer!
♡ Moisturizers
Depending on your skintype these are a few mosturizers you can use.
♡♡ Aloe Vera Gel
Price: $3 to $8 (8 oz)
Benefits: Soothes and hydrates skin, great for sunburns and irritated skin.
If you want to keep it completely all-natural and go straight to the source, you could buy an Aloe Vera plant! Just be cautious, as not all varieties are safe for skin use. Look for the Aloe Vera Barbadensis Milller plant, which is the one typically used for skincare. It’s a great option for fresh, direct hydration, and you can cut off a leaf to extract the gel whenever you need it!
♡♡ Rose water mild mosturizer
Rosewater is a mild moisturizer known for its soothing, anti-inflammatory properties. It helps lock in moisture, balance oil, and refresh skin, making it great for both dry and oily skin. Apply it as a toner or mist for light hydration. Price: $5 to $15 for a 4–8 oz bottle. You can also make it by simmering 2 cups of organic rose petals in 2 cups distilled water for 15-20 minutes, then strain and store in a glass bottle in the fridge for 2–3 weeks.
♡♡ Olive Oil
Price: $5 to $12 (16 oz)
Benefits: Moisturizes and protects with antioxidants, great for dry or sensitive skin.
。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚ 。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚•┈୨♡୧┈• 。゚。゚
Becoming a natural beauty is all about embracing who you are, inside and out. It’s about feeling confident in your own skin and making mindful choices that nourish both your body and your beauty. From the inside with a healthy diet and stress-free lifestyle, to the outside with simple, natural skincare, you’ve got the tools to enhance your natural glow.
Remember, you don’t need a big budget or a 10-step routine—sometimes, the simplest, most natural options are the best. So, take the time to care for yourself, enjoy the process, and watch your confidence shine!
♡⸝⸝ Now go ahead—glow naturally! ♡⸝⸝

Breaking bad habits a guide
Overcoming / breaking bad habits are difficult. It is something i myself struggle with everyday, like everyone else does. So i wanna share ways i myself have used but also found to break those bad habbits, no matter what they are.
══✿══╡°˖✧✿✧˖°╞══✿══
01. Identify
To start off you got to identify your bad habbit and its trigges.
What's the habbit? get specific about what behavior you want to change. For example, instead of "Endless scrolling online," It might be "I'm avoiding a task".
When does it happen? Look for patterns: Time of day, emotions or situations. Noticing these triggers will help you understand when you're most likely to slip.
══✿══╡°˖✧✿✧˖°╞══✿══
02. Understand the "Why"
Ask yourself why you do it. Most habits give us something - comfort, distraction or even a burst of energy. Understanding the "reward" behind the habit can help you replace it with something healthier that meets the same need.
══✿══╡°˖✧✿✧˖°╞══✿══
03. Set a realistic goal.
To stop a bad habit you got to set realistic goals. Rome wasn't built in a day. Start with a small, achievable goal, like cutting back rather than quitting it all at once. For example; If you scroll for a long time on tiktok, put a timer on the app after set time it will lock the app. i will put a little guide for this .
To find the app timers on Android:
Open settings > Go to digital wellbeing & parental Controlls > Tap on dashboard or App timers > Here you can set timers for each app you want.
To find app timers on Iphone:
Open settings > Tap on screen time > Select App limits then choose the apps or ctegories you want to limit > Set your desired time limit.
══✿══╡°˖✧✿✧˖°╞══✿══
04. Replacement & removing yourself from triggers
Most of the time we fall (back) into a bad habbit is because of our environment or the way we fill up our day. It is important to remove yourself from the things that trigger you to do the bad habbit. It is also important to know how to fill up your day/ manage your time.
Pick an alternative action. This could be as easy as simply chewing gum instead of smoking or taking a walk instead of scrolling through your phone. These are quick and easy ways to do when your trigger hits.
A new Hobby. A new hobby could actually help you on the long term. It helps you to change your mind / keep your mind of the bad habit and it is a good way to fill your day up. If you are on your phone a lot, find something that keeps you of it. For me that is journaling and going for walks. My "Why" for my excessive phone use is avoiding of feelings or for when i feel overwhelmed. Going for a walk clears my mind and journaling helps me understand my feelings.
Removing yourself from triggers. Changing your environment can help you break a habit. If you want to stop checking social media as soon as you wake up, try leaving your phone in a different room. Or if you want stop sleeping in so much, leave your phone far away from your bed so you would have to walk to turn of your alarm. If there are people in your life that trigger you to do the bad habit, remove them from your life. If that is not possible, spend less time with them. The more effort required to do the habbit, the less likely you'll do it.
══✿══╡°˖✧✿✧˖°╞══✿══
05. Celebrate small wins
Give yourself credit for even the smallest improvements. Rewarding yourself for small steps build confidence and keeps you motivated. Do remember that if you have to goal to stop spending too much that a reward doesnt need to be something bought. It can be you giving yourself a bit more time to do the healthy thing you like to do.
══✿══╡°˖✧✿✧˖°╞══✿══
06. Self-Compassion.
Don't be too hard on yourself. Practice self-compassion, habits take time to break. If you have a setback, remind yourself that it's completely normal and keep going.
══✿══╡°˖✧✿✧˖°╞══✿══
Breaking a habit isn't easy, but with patience and persistence, you'll start to see changes!
