I've signed up to do this this month , so far it's been a slow start managed 4miles in two days but can absolutely do this , I'm doing a combination of running and walking as I'm not a natural runner but I'm getting there and hope to be running more by the end of this.

I'm so excited to be starting this challenge in two weeks time , I have chosen to do this to help save many lives giving the funding for research a boost and keeping families together, it is shocking to know that still every 5 mins a family loses a loved one due to a heart condition.. I don't know if your like me 🤔 but I need most of these , my immune system is so low at the moment, I'm struggling to lose weight and keep it off, I eat so much rubbish I really need to detox and clear my body out ... can always do with more energy and better sleep especially running around after a toddler and my nails are shocking so brittle and break really easily 🙈

Welcome to my blog, I'm Lisa a wife, mummy and FM products lover.

So today is the 1st April 2018 and what a fantastic day it has been , I've spent it with my beautiful sister , my husband and little boy who will be 3 next week. My sister had a play with my makeup tonight and tried a smokey eye look on me , I have to say she did a fantastic job and loved how the end result looked, I will definitely be learning to apply makeup better and practicing more.
