Dr. Joel Kahn is a plant-based cardiologist known as "America's Healthy Heart Doc" so it makes sense that one of his ventures is the fabulous @greenspacecafe in Ferndale. And seriously folks, if I could have vegan food (and cocktails) this good cooked for me daily I would be all over that. It's a beauty of a restaurant and Joel has a great story.
