hi so i decided to amplify the Abu Qumbuz family from operation olive branch initiative. Ibrahim the eldest son of the Abu Qumbuz family reached out to me to emphasis the urgency of this fund in order to evacuate from Rafah to Egypt, then take a flight to turkey. His Mother Suha, his younger siblings: Adam (19) , Noor (18) Saad (16) Basema (13) and Mohammed (10)

The Abu Qumbuz family rebuilt their home from the 2014 IOF attacks in the Shuja’yya neighbourhood and once again their home was destroyed in Oct 2023 and their family was displaced multiple times due to IOF threats; Zeitoun area, then to Nuserait, then to Khan Younis.

His Ma, Suha continued to do her best to provide for her family by selling Gazan sweets but the last displacement to Rafah stopped all that. Right now their hope is to evacuate and start a life in Turkey.

as of May 23rd they are very close to their evacuation goal but they need more to go to sustain renting and education in turkey.

So please take the time to read the details of Ibrahim’s story, watch the video of their situation and donate what you can 1-5 dollars goes a long way especially if you reside in the imperial core.

UPDATE: COLORING BOOKS!

These past few days, Hussam has been putting together 350 coloring books and colors for the children of the camps to both to help bring a bit of joy to their lives as well as encourage education and learning in the midst of not being able to go to school. Thank you so much everyone for all your help these past few weeks, because of you, we're able to put a smile on these children's faces!

For those of you who have been following this, my tumblr ‘helpgazachildren’ was deleted for unknown reasons. In the meantime, I put together this notion site to help document all the receipts and videos of updates for people who want a backlog of information. I will be continuously updating this site.

Painted this after reading the AlJazeera article about the kids flying kites to pass time. They're smart little innovators to make something out of nothing, especially in such a horrifying situation.

And yet the Zionists would probably look at this and twist it into something it's not, because somehow in their brainwashed minds children = terrorists.

I love my new watercolor sketchbook and didn't realize how starved I was from cold pressed paper until I started painting.

Your eyes don't betray you, this Buggy the clown dancing on Shank's head. I normally don't do fanart but my hyperfixation tendencies kicked and I couldn't help myself! First it was JoJo and now One Piece.

And of course I had to draw Crocodile next to a trans pride flag. It was bound to happen sooner or later. Maybe I'll even make it my side blog profile pic, who knows!

(Also for those that are curious I'm at Thriller Bark in the anime and starting Fishman Island in the manga, and omg wth did they do to Sanji?!?!?)

Seven By the Window (redux)

Hey.

I wasn't planning on dropping this so soon but screw it. Its not the big painting I was talking about in the other posts but, its a start.

Her name is Seven, yes like the number, and she's cyborg dragon girl. She's a character I've been drawing for years as if to test my abilities and also one with her own story (much like other ocs). The painting above is a redo of a painting I did a couple years ago, it was near the start of my rough watercolor journey (seen below)

I might string together a couple of art pieces of her and dump them here as well, maybe even a whole character sheet (I need to do those more anyway)

As for that "big painting" I planning, I screwed it up by thinking it was a good idea to using thin Canson branded mixed media paper because it was the biggest sheets of paper I had. BIG ASS MISTAKE. The whole experience reminded of why I hate Hot press paper. Anyhow, I hope you enjoyed my art and my ramblings.

Hola Again, Tumblr Void

Been awhile again but here goes.

These past couple weeks have kind of been a haze, with my constant migraines, art block, and OPLA coming out and reminding me that I still have 900 episodes to go, my word!

I did manage to get some sketches out, as seen above, and I have been experimenting with a new Arteza watercolor sketchbook and I got some of my spark back. Look forward to that!

Hello again Tumblr Void....

Its been awhile since I posted here, mostly due to personal health circumstances and not really understanding the vibe of this platform. In fact I'll be frank, I was on Twitter throwing my shot, having fun interactions and.....now we all see how man baby Elon is eroding the platform from the inside out. I haven't been on Twitter for like two months.

So I guess you could call me a Twitter refugee?

Since I'm back here, imma try a few things:

My reblogs will be on a side blog now so I can keep my actual post properly organized

In a another side blog, I'll try my hand at writing (Probably won't be very good but I need to stretch my writers hand)

Expect more sketches here, I've become less ashamed of them, so I won't leave them in my side blog anymore

Anyway, I was supposed to post this piece during pride month but, my health got in the way of me finishing it. I finally finished it recently and decided to say fuck it, its PRIDE all fucking year!I'm queer and I'm proud of it!

The character's name is Renboga and they are creature of the rainbows, the pink triangle on their head and chest are where most of their powers lie, and their powers allow them to create an strong barrier that can't even be broken by the strongest sorcerer. They seek to protect all the good they find as long as they are close to a rainbow. They are in a sense, a sanctuary handler......
