Lunch day 4

Day 4. I've lost 2 pounds Wooooo.

Last night I was well hungry at 8pm so I ate two carrots instead of something unhealthy. It worked!

Day 2. LGWLP

Weighed myself this morning. Yes I know you're meant to wait blah blah. Stuff that

I lost half a pound yesterday!

It's a start. It's about the mindset. Realising you can't eat unlimited amounts of anything you fancy.

I've had homemade granola for breakfast.

Lunch is boiled eggs and salad.

Day 1 of Weight Loss Programme

This is the LeonaGrahamWeightLossProgramme (the LGWLP) (think it needs a new name 🤔)

This programme consists of a revolutionary technique called. Eat less, exercise more.

The first step for me is to cut out all snacks apart from some fruit and sensible Nibbles.

Not have 3 portions of dinner. No more toast every day at breakfast. That's weekends only.

Lighter lunches.

Some form of exercise 10 to 20 mins a day.

Today I had no breakfast (unusual) but I was busy with first show back.

For lunch I had mushrooms, salad, haloumi and makeral.

Dinner was a home made curry. Chicken thighs and tarka dhal. I didn't have any naan and only 1 small popadam.

I can't actually spell foods! I also don't cook, my partner does. Who is doing the Joe Wicks plan. I'm not doing that one. I'm doing the LGWLP. But I get the benefit of the Joe Wicks foods.

I bought a 4m length of guttering and sat on the roof shooting sweets down to the passing kids! Nice ride up to @crookedbillet on the @hondaukmotorcycles #nc750x Easiest bike I've used in my 3 year biking life. Just hassle free to ride, park and store stuff. The petrol tank is at the back meaning the front is for storage. I keep my bag in there. So much easier and quicker. It's a #DCT #dualclutchtransmission meaning I can use it in auto or manual mode. I have it in sports auto mode. Its actually life changing for me! I am not a fan of manual gears anymore, especially in London. Plus there is no clutch lever on the left foot... I have bad knees and every gear change was hurting 😭. Today we went to @sopley.farm to do some fruit picking. Dexter LOVED it and was literally screaming with joy at every discovery. There was a fruit we've never seen before called a #Tayberry which is a cross between a blackberry and a raspberry. Later we went for a walk in the #NewForest and Harley found a #Gandalf stick 😁 We are staying at my Dad's place down here 👍. Exploring the surrounding areas part 725362. This time Cobham. Nice meal out. Although highly embarrassing moment when misread the tiolet sign. I swear that was a skirt when I went in! Then came back to the car and I'd left the window wide open the whole time. We had a great time visiting new puppy Max at my Brother in Law's. We got home to our pesky hounds @skylarandrocky who had managed to bolt the front door from the inside. They'd been barking A LOT according to our neighbour who had to help us break in. I think during their jumping around they'd knocked the bolt. They had separation anxiety after not being left since before lockdown! We will be working on some techniques to combat this, along with improving the security after Jessica managed to break in a little too easily. Not that anyone would come near the house as you could hear the barking from right up the street! Oops.
