Hey guys! 2020 was a crazy year, a lot of good and bad things happened, and I didn't have a lot of time to post anything, but now I'm trying to gain control over my life so I'm planning to create more stuff and share it here. Actually I wanted to post my art mainly on my instagram page and in my VK group, but I don't want certain people to see any of it and they usually don't visit tumblr, sooo here I am. I know there are not too many of you and since I rarely post things you probably don't even remember you're following me, but today I'm renaming my profile again. Otus Scops is a nice name, but many people are already using it, and signing my sketches like otus--scops is really uncomfortable and doesn't feel right. I'm gonna use Lemon Sickle instead, a nickname I came up with many years ago and one I'm actually using on some other websites. Initially I wanted it to be LemonGreed, which I also use sometimes, but someone is already using it on tumblr. Here's to 2021! (which started almost 3 months ago aaaaah who cares, it's never too late to celebrate a new page in you life)

Usually I don’t watch anime, but recently got interested in some, Evangelion, for example. Liked the series and going to watch the movies

Watched all of Silicon Valley and really liked it (though at first I thought it was just an another sitcom)  I also fell in love with Richard’s innocent look during seasons 1-2  Alsooo I intended to draw all of the main characters, maybe one day I will In the first pic I tried a new (for me ahah) way of painting by combining a pencil drawing with photoshop brushes... Not exactly as I imagined it, but works for beginning

Last year, while I was studying, we had a “Crossover” task. I wanted to do a Daenerys/Hiccup crossover, an ATLA/Star Wars one and a Pocahontas/Avatar thing. Our teacher said “Please, do the Pocahontas/Avatar one, I’ve been so angry that Cameron stole the idea”. I do not agree that the idea was stolen at least for the reason that, as I recall, there have been multiple Avatar movies decades before Pocahontas... So I did it, though it did not turn out to be the way I imagined, it’s still so sketchy and messy, buuut I have no desire to finish

Hello there :)

This is my second attempt to reanimate my tumblr account, earlier it didn’t go to well due to my laziness and complete lack of inspiration. So, my name is Adelina, I’m from Moscow, Russia and I’m a painter/drawer/sculptor, 2D animator and a full-time storyboard artist, soo overall I consider myself an artist. I’m 20 years old and I dreamt of a popular art profile since 2013, but had low self-esteem and didn’t believe that anyone will be interested in what I do. A hundred years passed, my skills now make me feel more confident aaand that’t it, I hope you will enjoy what will be posted here :)
