hey guys!!!
so uhhh basically i had to disappear for a bit as i was in forced ‘recovery’ for a few months, basically everyone forcing me to get f@t 😔
they piled 14 pounds on me 👎 last week i weighed 166 lbs (they didn’t take away the scale 😋)
i’ve been absolutely tweaking trying to lose, literally omad with a packet of sugar free mints in the day to keep me from binging (and my usual coffee) and so far i’ve lost 5 lbs as of about an hour ago 👊
i’m so fucking f@t rn but hopefully i’ll be able to drop a load of w3ight over the next few weeks to get me on track.
