It's the other half of Caistin. I've decided to blog about this second pregnancy and any negativity received will be deleted-I really could care less what you think of me through misinformed word of mouth. I have a two year old son named Aiden, a three year old stepson named Jayden, and our new addition is "due" on the June 21st. We had out anatomy scan on January 29th and found we are having a little boy named Jasper! I don't follow for follow; If I like you, I'll follow you. If you tend to be a part of drama, chances are slim that we're going to be buddies.

Two weeks until we see J Muf again!
Amazing he still has room. He's such a big baby in here, and still thinking he can push for room wherever he wants. Stretch marks aren't too terrible, couple longish ones on my sides.

A writer for the new york times interviewed a series of people who had survived jumping off the golden gate bridge. Every person she interviewed admitted that about two thirds of the way down, they realized that every seemingly meaningless problem that caused them to jump was fixable.
Every single one.

"The game. They say a person either has what it takes to play, or they don’t. My mother was one of the greats. Me, on the other hand…I’m kind screwed."

Soooo
At the ultrasound yesterday, we had a weight estimate of 2lb, 10oz. And he's supposed to gain half a pound each week from here on out. Oh Lord. They say he looks pretty long, and now he's a pretty big chunk. Maybe we'll have a chubby newborn; Aiden has never had baby chub so that'll be new. His bowel was still a bit dilated, so we have another ultrasound on the sixteenth. That'll likely be our last one, around that 31week mark. I'm still so frustrated because we were totally trying for a 3D of Jasper's face and he was actually in a good position, but I couldn't stop feeling sick to my stomach and getting cool and clammy. So I ruined that. :/ Since Jasper has been hanging pretty low and I've had off and on painful contractions, I had our midwife check me to ease my thoughts. She could only fit a finger and couldn't push it through, so that's a good sign. I can't believe twenty-eight weeks on Saturday.

I think this is necessary to post. I see a lot of people “saving” bunnies.
"*Bunnies are one of the most frequently “kidnapped” mammal species. *Mothers dig a very shallow nest in the ground that is easily uncovered when mowing or raking the yard. If you find a rabbit nest-leave it alone!! *Mother rabbits only return to the nest two or three times a day, usually before dawn and right after dusk. *To determine if they are orphaned, either place a string across the nest in a tic-tac-toe shape or circle the nest with flour. Check the nest the next day. If the string or flour is disturbed, the mother has returned. If not, take the bunnies to a rehabilitator. * A bunny that is bright eyed and 4-5 inches long is fully independent and does NOT need to be rescued! *If you find a bunny that does need to be rescued, put it in a dark, quiet location. Bunnies are a prey species and while they may look calm, they are actually very, very scared!”
