This diet is shown to help you lose drastic weight. This is called intermittent fasting. We do it every time we sleep. Some people may think that fasting is scary and shouldn’t be used much. Wrong, actually eating low calories hurts you more. Eating low calories increases the urge to binge and your body will take glucose from your muscles as energy. Every time you eat your body creates insulin. When you fast your body has to used stored energy and take the fat already on your body for energy. The first week may be rough but will become a daily thing before you know it. The pictures above was the best diet for a women like me. I do sports and prefer to have my period(infertility scares me). I get to spend a day to eat and a day to not eat. I still get to enjoy food instead of having like one cracker and an apple a day, and I cut my calorie intake by 50%. Fasting will help you to stop feeling that need to binge and shrink your stomach so you don’t eat as much on eat days. If your struggling to lose the weight please try this out. Reminder sugar, pasta, bread, and cereal are to be eaten in moderation or preferably none at all. This is not the only diet for intermittent fasting research to find out what is best for your lifestyle and your weight loss journey. Please research this if you are considering it.
