so you don't have to worry about being too heavy when you sit in someone's lap
so people will lend you their clothes (and they'll be too big on you)

Next week I’m going on a trip with my school and we’re gonna be walking so much. I hope I can walk all day so I can burn a lot of calories. The past week I’ve been starving and letting my stomach adjust to the sudden absence of food. Hopefully it will go easier soon.

Today I was cleaning out old clothes that I used to wear when I was at my lowest weight (63) (I’m 170 cm) and they actually almost fit! I’m 80 now and I can’t wait to fit into all these beautiful clothes. Hopefully by the summer I’ll be 55 or lower. I have a 2 week break from school now and I’ve been sleeping a lot so I don’t eat. I’ve been staying under 1500 cals and it’s working ! At the beginning of the break I was 83 and now I’m 80-79. I love seeing the numbers go down on the scale, it motivates me so much. Do any of you have tips for lunches to bring to school that will control hunger?
