Lazy angels🪷
🍓In the school year we all may feel exhausted and unmotivated but also lazy
definition of lazy: “not willing or not wanting to work or use effort to do something”
(Please don’t mistake being lazy with depression!! you are valid)
🍓But how to end our laziness and exit our lazy angel era?
Make small changes: One of the easiest things to do to begin getting into the habit of exiting the lazy girl era is starting small. This can be making your bed in the morning after waking up (2-3 mins) or deciding to give your room a clean once a week! (30 mins)🪷
Creating daily lists in the morning: this links to goal setting but having a to do list done in the morning or before you go to bed for the next day is super helpful Once again keeps you focused on what needs to be done and keeps you on track to where you want to go!🪷
Create a routine: Create a daily, morning and or night routine that keeps you motivated to get things done 🪷For example, once you wake up, make your bed, shower and make healthy breakfast. Or for the night time, wind down by taking shower, reading a book and doing skincare.🪼
Set goals: setting goals daily is essential. Make realistic achievable goals which include: daily goals, monthly goals and yearly goals. This give you a perspective of what you want to achieve, making you more motivated to get it!🪷
Reward yourself: After being productive, you deserve to do something you love! Treat yourself to a movie, perhaps watching your favourite show or buy yourself some flowers and sweets🪼
🍓While this may seem too easy or scripted those are really great ways to change yourself for the better! Those tips will help you get back on track and make you feel better about yourself!
