i should start taking pics of my food but anyways
what i ate today:
i fasted for 24hrs hours so I didn’t eat until 4:00 but I had
minced turkey & white rice w cucumbers - 102cals
a smoothie - 105 cals
and a coffee for 180cals
but ik i’ll have another coffee before bed, i also still need to work out but I’m about to go do that nowww
i rlly need to get batteries for my scale bc i haven’t weighed myself in like 3 days so i’m gonna do that tomorrow
