real talk, therapy has done fucking wonders for me. i’ve been in it before, but my current therapist is genuinely fantastic. i mean, i’m also older and actually doing the work now, but point is! i know that even now therapy is kinda a taboo thing. like, some people say “well, i don’t need it because i’m not as anxious/depressed/whatever as others are.” or even “therapy doesn’t work”

i assure you, it does. i am living proof, lol. it takes time, and it’s not easy, but when you’re committed to making yourself feel and do better, that’s exactly the result you get
