A question though, would one artist be allowed to contribute more than one piece to the zine? Or is each person limited to one piece?

And, will everyone be assigned a character, or will it be free to pick? The phrasing in the FAQ made it seem as if there are assigned characters, so I wasn't sure.

You are allowed to contribute more than one piece to the zine as long as you are capable and want to!

Right now we are undecided on if characters will be assigned or not. It will depend on how many apps we receive and how many people will be selected for the project (we originally were hoping for 50 but things change). This is just to reduce the chance of the same character getting a ton of pieces submitted to the project.

Would the zine allow collab pieces between two or more people? (My gijinka designs are shared ones with someone else)

totally okay as long as you have permission to use those designs and everything is drawn by you (the selected the artist)!

Yes! As long as you're willing to design characters for the zine itself it should be good!
