Hello again, thank you for answering my questions. In a previous answer, regarding being there for your children you said that you "want to live long enough to watch them become their own people without them worrying about the future. And rest assured, [you] will live as long as needed for them." which is quite admirable. But does that mean that when Amber is old enough and feels truly ready for the crown, you will abdicate the throne to her so she can be the queen without you having to perish first? Or are you planning to rule until the end?

Hello again, I'm glad to hear you're getting better at baking! But what you said at the end of your statement has me wondering. You feel like you were rushed to grow up? Why, what happened?

I believe I was already grown up for my age, but I had responsibilities that I needed to prepare for.

Being heir to the throne, I was made to learn all there is to ruling a kingdom. I wanted to be ready to take over for my father one day, that I didn't have a typical childhood where I'd indulge in, well, being young.

My father was still alive, but I was excepted to act as if I had already become king. After all, it'd be easier if I knew what to do if I ever had to take his place suddenly.

Nonetheless, I thought it was normal.

Now that I have my own children, I realize how special it is to be their age. They shouldn't have to assume they have every single responsibility on their shoulders right this second.

I want to live long enough to watch them become their own people without them worrying about the future. And rest assured, I will live as long as needed for them.

Greetings your majesty, I hope you are doing well! You once mentioned on this bulletin in the tags that your wife is teaching you how to bake, and I was wondering how that's been going lately? Have you baked anything tasty yet, or are you still in the learning phase? And do your children join in at all?

Thank you for asking! It's been something we've been working on for a while, but I've started to get better! One of the things I struggle with is sifting the flour. That, and an eagerness to get the hang of baking that I mess something up.

Miranda's always telling me I don't have to go so fast, that I can take more time than I think I have, and it's something I've been telling our children as well.

Our children are growing up so fast, and I worry it might be too fast sometimes. I know I grew quick for my age, but I want them to enjoy their youth.

It's something I wish I did.

Was Cedric really singing about that? That's what all the noise was?

Did you ever saw that scene in "Cedric The Great" when Baileywick interrupts Cedric and says "Cedric you're disturbing the king's super, please keep it down!" And thought "Roland heard Cedric screaming and singing about wanting to be a king? Why didn't he reacted? He didn't noticed?"

The reason of that I believe it's because Cedric can do no harm to them. It's the same as that dialogue in "Day Of The Sorcerers":

"I never thought you were capable of something like this" // "You never thought I was capable of anything!"

So, the thing is not that Roland heard the lyrics of the song Cedric The Great and thought "meh, he can scheme as much as he wants, he's not capable of doing anything to me so idc"

In fact, I believe that he heard some noises and words but didn't cared enough to know what he was singing about. As I said, it didn't even crossed Roland's mind that Cedric could do something against him, in fact, he probably thought that his eccentric sorcerer was doing something weird again and disturbing him with it. He can be weird however he wants, but as long as Cedric is not disturbing him. Gosh he doesn't even cared about what Cedric was saying, because that didn't really matter to Roland at all
