this has been bugging me for a while and i can’t articulate why but i’m going to say things anyway bc i can’t keep my mouth shut. anyway there’s something so ridiculous about larping in video games. sr reboot & lis true colours both did this and idk if it was like chasing a trend or whatever but it’s meaningless to me. this is a video game. why am i playing a video game of people dressing up in costume to roleplay. if i wanted to play whatever genre they’re larping as then i’ll play that genre. it’s so absurd and out of place i really don’t get it

listened to my johnny playlist a few days ago and was like ok why the hell is this over 2hrs long. so i trimmed the fat a little to give it a more cohesive (hardcore) sound & also to get rid of some artists.. anyway so some of the songs don’t flow as well anymore but it’s tighter now

i kind of want to go through with replacing carlos w lin’s little brother bc he would be handling the brotherhood (lol) which involves her!! and when he dies she doesn’t know who to be pissed at, the brotherhood for killing him, the saints for getting him killed, or herself for not preventing it. in the end she turns on the brotherhood and can never go back to the saints. it’s just too good. but i can’t think of a name for him. i want to do what sr1 does with its meaningful names and i was thinking it should match lin’s, eg. 1 syllable, has roots in english and asian languages

really into this reboot idea. monica hughes should play a larger part bc what do you mean she was stilwater’s mayor during sr2 but had more importance in 3 😭 so i’m thinking there’s an ultor vs hughes thing going on and the saints get caught in the middle. if boss sides with ultor they get dex, side with monica they get troy. either way these are betrayals in johnny’s eyes. so maybe sr2 ends with someone trying to kill the boss again 👀

sr2 buzzcut johnny is actually kind of a slay. he has to get it buzzed in prison. besides his hairline is receding fr now and it just looks better. and the buzzcut + prison jumpsuit tied at the waist combo… mama i’m in love with a criminal etc etc
