help me!

someone help quick! I was dancing on a call to my bestie and when I stopped I realised there was blood on my hands and my arms. After closer examination we both realised that it was all over my body. My hands, arms, legs, clothes, everywhere. It was even somehow even under my collar. And all over my room. My bed was splattered with blood in a cross line across the edge of my bed and my floor. It was even on my wall and tall boy (cabinet). I know it was not from my nose and I don’t think it was from my throat because I have checked multiple times and nothing at all. Me, my best friend, my partner and my family are all so confused on where it come from so someone please tell me if you know anything that could possibly happened.

Just for context, I just got off of Covid a few weeks ago, I just went to the doctors today for chest and abdomen pain and I pulled out my knee at cheer on Tuesday (it’s Friday night). If that helps with anything then there you go but someone please try and find anything that could have happened
